It's too expensive to live without a purpose,
Yet it's competitive advantage to feel lost,
Stuck and purposeless.
Let me explain.
Purpose is simply certainty of going into a right direction and it's like getting your car and knowing exactly where you're going,
Knowing where you're at and knowing the shortest path you need to take.
It's putting on navigation and just following it through on the best path with certainty.
That's the best place to be.
The next best place to be,
It's to know that you're lost because that means you're looking for directions and that means very soon you'll find your path again,
You'll be on the shortest path to a destination.
The worst place is actually in right in the middle.
You're kind of winging it,
You're making it right half of the time and making it wrong half of the time and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
And because it's just not so bad,
There's no incentive for you to change anything and that's why it's the worst place to be in and that's where the most of the people are and that's why it's a competitive advantage to be actually lost.
I let you decide where you want to be.
However,
If you want to live fuller,
I suggest you follow your heart and intuition and take action from state of law.
And that's why we meditate,
To make sure our connection with heart is strong and certain.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes,
And go within.
Put your attention on your breath to your heart.
Keep relaxing your physical body and make sure that you relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze,
Loosen your face,
Jaw,
Neck,
And shoulders.
And breathe out any discomfort and unease as you arrive more and more into a present moment,
Allowing your body,
Mind,
And heart to relax.
Just continue to breathe.
Allow your body to do what body does.
Let it be safe,
Relaxed,
At ease.
Keep breathing through your heart.
And for rest of this meditation,
Be mindful and aware of your heart.
Just remember that there is a pure place in your heart,
Full of love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment,
Always available in abundance,
Right now,
In the present moment,
Right now.
Just by remembering of your heart.
That's right.
Just remembering of your heart is enough.
Remembering that you have a heart and there is a pure place in there,
It's more than enough.
So,
Continue to breathe,
Remembering your heart and allowing yourself to breathe.
Allow yourself to feel the same way you allow your breath to move.
You allow yourself to feel,
Allow emotion,
Energy in motion to flow.
Allow yourself to feel no judgment,
No guilt and shame,
No self-condemnation,
No need to blame,
Just observe and appreciate any and all feelings present.
And remember that your heart always knows,
Always knows your purpose,
It always knows what you want.
You may ask yourself,
You may ask your heart,
What's my purpose?
Or you can go simpler,
What do I want?
Listen,
Listen and listen.
You already asked,
Just listen.
And be thankfully present to receive any answer.
And as you listen,
Even silence is your answer.
Whatever you observed until now is your answer and it's enough.
So,
Be thankfully present for receiving your answer.
That is your purpose,
To do what you truly want to do and enjoy the process.
Just consider if this could be your purpose and consult your heart how specifically it looks like for you.
