Based on 90 second rule,

If you're able to stay silent for 90 seconds,

You can stay silent for as long as it takes.

And the hardest silence you'll ever face is your own inner silence.

And that's why most people avoid meditation.

They're just too afraid of what will show up in inner silence.

And that's where they lose inner authority.

Luckily,

Long before any negotiation,

They already lost it with themselves.

Luckily,

There's a simple and easy fix.

And that's why we meditate daily and proactively.

To keep our inner confidence high,

So when we need it,

We already have it.

So let's practice.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation for power of silence.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And go within.

Take a moment to observe your breath through your heart.

Just notice.

Relax your physical body,

Relax your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

Relax your face,

Loosen your jaw,

Neck,

And shoulders.

Release any physical tension with each exhalation,

Feeling more at ease,

More at peace,

More safe within your body.

For remainder of this meditation,

Keep bringing your attention back to your heart,

Acknowledging the pure place in your heart,

Full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

And just observe and bring attention back to your heart.

Observe your mind,

Observe your thoughts,

Observe your body and physical sensations.

Observe your heart,

Any emotions,

Welcoming all and always centering yourself in pure place in heart.

Keep breathing and just observe.

Allow yourself to feel as you stay thankfully present in silence.

Stay still and notice what you notice.

Keep breathing through your heart.

Allow yourself to breathe,

Allow yourself to feel.

Notice how easy it is to stay with your heart and remain thankfully present,

Just observing.

You may stay here as long as you like,

Being thankfully present to yourself and your heart.
