Fulfillment know that it's there you can reach it in the present moment just being simply observing is enough simply remembering that you have access to love regardless of appearances regardless of circumstances so keep breathing and remember your heart that is enough stop trying to do things and control things remember you are safe in the present moment you are safe so allow yourself to relax ease in into your body breathe out any uncomfort and this is breathe out release you may move your body you may stretch reach twist anything that feels good heals good so allow yourself to be you may make any sounds that feel good in your body you may sing shout or make unintelligible noises all good allow yourself to be allow yourself to release anything that no longer belongs in your body make sure to relax your eyes soften your gaze and face loosen your jaw neck and shoulders exhale and release allow yourself to be at inner peace by a pure observation allow the thoughts to be allow feelings to flow emotions are energy in motion allow them to flow realizing that less you control less you try the more brave and more loving you are and struggle disappears struggle can only remain when you fight it when you fear it when you avoid instead do nothing you may call it facing or observing it merely observe it or just observe your heart when it struggle comes in or flows to your heart that's okay if struggle flows to your mind that's also okay keep observing and stay present with your heart keep reminding yourself how safe protected and at ease you are there's nothing to do nowhere to be allow yourself to be thankfully present right here right now allow yourself to feel knowing that every feeling has a seed of love if only you cared enough for it through pure observation so allow yourself to feel and do nothing and you may stay here as long as you like feeling thankfully present and whenever ready you may open your eyes and have it magical
