This meditation will transmute any anxiety you may feel into a more pure and harmonious form of energy that feels soft, warm, and expansive. This is a very simple, yet extremely powerful technique: all you need to do is to observe and allow the excess energy to leave your body… I will give you my recommendations on how to follow this meditation, depending on where you are on the "anxiety scale"; however, remember to always follow your guidance and do what feels right for you

This meditation will transmute any anxiety you may feel into a more pure and harmonious form of energy that feels soft,

Warm and expansive.

This is very simple yet extremely powerful technique.

All you will need to do is to observe it and allow excess energy to leave your body.

Before we start,

Take a moment and assess your current levels of anxiety on a scale from 1 to 10,

Where 10 is unbearable and 1 is none,

I feel at peace.

I will give you my recommendations how to follow this meditation depending where you are on this scale.

However,

Remember to always follow your own inner guidance to do what feels right for you.

So if your intensity for anxiety is above 7,

I suggest you keep your eyes open and move your body gently.

If it's under 7,

I suggest you sit down,

Close your eyes,

Yet feel free to move your body gently.

Shaking is always encourageable at any time to help you to release any stored energy.

So let's go within.

Allow yourself to feel.

Focus on connection with your heart.

Focus on your breathing.

Wherever you are,

Allow yourself to feel.

And remember,

All you need to do is to observe and allow excess energy to leave your body.

So observe with curiosity the energy flowing through your body.

Allow it to flow.

And allow your body to gently relax and feel at ease.

Remind yourself that at the present moment you are safe.

You are safe.

Whatever your mind might be imagining consciously or subconsciously,

It hasn't happened yet.

So remember you are safe.

Allow yourself to get all negative and uncomfortable feelings and sensations out of your body until you feel in control.

You can imagine a dark cloud leaving your body and disintegrating as you observe it.

Remember,

All that remains is just pure energy.

And energy is good.

And it wants to do good.

So let's ask our heart.

Heart,

What do you want?

Listen and appreciate the answer.

You may ask again.

Heart,

What do you want to do with this energy I have?

Listen for the answer.

And remember,

What you observe is just energy moving through your body.

If it's too much,

Release it and express it until you feel you can manage this energy.

And then keep listening to your heart and receive the answer.

Heart,

What do you want to do with this energy?

Energy that wants to do good.

Listen and appreciate the answer.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like,

Allowing the energy to leave,

Allowing to receive the answers and observing actual sensations of energy flowing through your body.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes and have it magical.
