Healing needs activation.

And one thing that has all of them in common is more love towards themselves.
Body needs love to function.
And without love,
There is no life.

And you can feel that when you're in love.
So truly,
Love heals.

We have it in abundance within.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Soul activation for accelerated healing through experience of unconditional love from within.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes,
And go within.
Allow yourself to feel any and all sensations as you breathe through your heart and allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper into the present moment.
Keep breathing through your heart.
And throughout the whole meditation,
Keep remembering the pure place in your heart.
Remember that you have pure place in your heart which is always full of unconditional love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment.
Readily available right now.
And every time you remember your physical or emotional heart,
Instinctively connect with this pure source of energy.
Every time you allow yourself to feel and enjoy any feeling you may feel,
You allow yourself more love to flow through you.
So allow yourself to feel.
To feel means to allow energy to flow.
So allow more and more energy to flow from pure place in your heart.
Knowing full well that every feeling,
Every sensation,
Has a seed of love.
All it needs is observation,
Appreciation.
So appreciate every breath you have.
Every breath through your heart.
As you relax and release any attachments,
Stuck energies,
On your field by pure observation.
Make sure you relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze and face.
Loosen your jaw,
Neck and shoulders.
Keep inviting more ease into your physical body.
And keep relaxing with each breath.
Feel more at ease,
More at peace.
Feel completely safe in the present moment.
Feel love to your mind.
Observe your thoughts and allow them to be.
And as you observe your mind,
Remain aware of your heart.
Your loving,
Caring heart.
Allow yourself to feel.
Feel the gratitude for being alive.
Feel the gratitude for feeling.
Allow yourself to feel.
And this allowance is the healing force that accelerates your healing.
So be thankfully present to all energy.
