Hey everyone,
Today I wanted to talk about the topic Letting go.
Of worrying about other people and their lives.
So I would like to talk about this today because I feel like this is something that a lot of people can relate with.
And in my experience with this,
I spent a lot of time in my life Worrying about other people,
What they're going through,
Their emotions,
Their struggles,
Their hardships.
And I've done this a lot with people that I'm close with in my life.
People that I've had brief interactions with.
Um.
.
.
Thinking about the world on a collective level.
And it got to a point where it became so overbearing to spend so much mental and emotional energy worrying about other people in their lives and what they're going through and Sometimes it can be easy to do this by default.
I felt like that I've really done this by default my whole life.
It's not like I didn't really feel like I had a choice.
I felt like this is just something that just happens.
And I'm still working through this actually.
And.
The understanding that I've come to with this is that We all have our own paths.
We all have our own trials and tribulations to go through in life.
That each of us will always have what we need.
With people,
Places,
Situations,
And resources.
To help us navigate our path.
To overcome our challenges.
To that we each have our own experiences to endure.
And when we go through our darkest times and we go through the hardest times in our life,
That's where we find our strength.
And.
It is important that each of us takes care of ourselves first,
And we can be there for other people in a way that's healthy and nourishing for us.
And It doesn't help.
The other person when we worry about.
What they're going through or what hardships they have.
And I know that's easier said than done,
Obviously.
I'm just saying that we each have our own path to walk,
And we can't walk another person's path for them.
And What's been helpful for me is when I start worrying about someone else and what they're going through.
Start to feel more attached to their emotions or what's happening.
I try to take a step back and be like,
That's their life.
That's their journey,
That's their moment.
And that is something that is sacred for each person to honor the journey.
No matter where you're at,
Whether you're going through great times,
Whether you're going through hard times,
Happy,
Sadness,
Joy,
Sorrow.
The I trust and I know that that person is experiencing what they need to be experiencing for their soul path,
Their soul purpose,
Their soul growth,
Their soul challenges.
And in those challenges,
They are going to find their strength.
And that is very,
Very important.
That each person has their own journey,
Has their own path,
And whatever they're going through is meant to be what they're going through for a reason.
There is a reason that they're going through that.
There is a reason that each of us has our own challenges in life.
It may seem hard to think about that or.
May seem a little bit confusing.
That when we go through very hard times like what could be the meaning of this or how could that be what's best for that person and.
It seems that.
.
.
We face the unknown and we face these challenges.
And later on is where we find more of the answers.
And in the moment,
I think that That's where we find our strength is where we're facing the unknown.
We don't know why we're going through this or why this is happening.
And I went through a lot of health challenges this last year.
And there was a lot of uncertainty and a lot of unknowns.
I wasn't getting answers for quite a while.
It's kind of being led,
You know.
In the wrong direction.
Just in a lot of different ways from a few different people really trying to figure out what was going on with my health and I really had to face the uncertainty and all I could do was think about ways to take care of myself and love myself more and do everything I could to take care of my health.
And.
That was just something that was really important to me and really helped put myself more in the forefront.
And it really helped me to not worry about other people as much because I really had enough on my own plate to take care of.
I had my own challenges that I really needed to face,
And I was like,
Wow,
I really need to take care of myself,
And that really helped.
Shift the focus back to myself.
And that has helped me.
Not focus on other people and their lives as much.
Which has been extremely important.
That's why I wanted to bring in the love and the truth about we each have our own trials and tribulations.
Our own challenges that we need to go through for our soul growth.
And in our hardest times is where we find our strength.
We can be there for other people in a way that's healthy for us.
But we don't have to worry about what someone else is going through because we trust that They have their own process.
They are having their experiences for a reason and their journey is sacred and whatever is happening in that moment.
That is exactly how it is supposed to be for that person.
And that person will understand what they need to understand in their own divine timing.
They will learn more about themselves.
They will learn more about how to take care of themselves and love themselves more.
Um.
.
.
There's just so many different things that we can learn from our own individual experiences.
And.
We do not have to sacrifice ourselves to take care of other people.
And we do not have to worry about what other people are going through because they will always have what they need and they will experience what they need to for their own soul path.
So.
.
.
This is something that I just wanted to talk about because It can be easy to spend a lot of time mentally and emotionally thinking about other people and what they're going through.
And if we can recognize when that's happening,
If we're sitting at home or we're out somewhere,
If we can recognize that is happening,
We can shift our direction into a different focus or try to shift our direction to be like they're taken care of,
We're all taken care of on our journey,
We're all being excuse me,
Divinely guided and We will always have what we need.
We will always have what we need when we need it.
And we're always being taken care of in every moment that we're not alone,
That we are loved and we are supported,
Even if we don't know it,
Even if we don't see it.
That we trust in the process for each of us,
That we will always have what we need when we need it.
And.
To just bring in.
Peaceful and loving thoughts for ourselves and for others and do our best to let go of the worrying and know that we're all taken care of and we're all loved and all supported always.
So.
I just wanted to bring in some more.
Peace and truth about this to help us to let go of the worrying about other people and their journey because Each of our journeys that we have is sacred and we'll learn what we need to learn no matter what that is.
And it's always nice when we can be there for other people,
But we don't have to attach ourselves to someone else's story,
What someone else is going through,
Their emotions,
What they're experiencing.
We don't have to attach ourselves to it.
We can have compassion and we can care.
And we can also keep ourselves whole and do what we can do to take care of.
Ourselves on our own journey with our own challenges.
And trials and tribulations that we have.
Um,
So anyway,
This is just something that I wanted to talk about today.
And I think it's important when we can take care of ourselves first and learn more about taking care of ourselves.
And letting go of worrying about other people and their lives and come back to our sacred space,
Our center,
Be grounded in who we are,
Ourselves.
And create a more stable and grounded place to be in the world.
Thank you all so much for listening.
I really appreciate you being here today.
Sending peace,
Love,
And encouragement to everyone.
