Explore MeditationAshley completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Samma Karuna on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan Thailand in 2017. Since then, she has taught in many different environments, including studios, outdoors, private events, gyms and offices. Over the years, Ashley has also completed trainings' in Reiki, Somatic coaching and Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine's work). Ashley loves teaching yoga classes and offering meditations that are slow, nourishing and grounding. She enjoys creating a space where people can slow down, tap into their inner wisdom, meet what's arising with compassion and connect with the present moment.
