We all have a natural intuition. The key is being able to listen to it and to make sure it's actually sending signals to you. Let's wake it up! We are going to ignite your third eye and get your pineal gland clean in this meditation. Plus spend a few moments clearing out any stagnant emotions.

Let's explore the space between consciousness today.

Before we get into it,

I want you to find a comfortable space on the floor or in a chair.

You can sit,

You can lay down,

Just listen to your body and what it needs in this moment of time.

When you have found a space for yourself,

Push aside any thoughts that are coming to your head about what you have left to accomplish for the day.

Allow your eyelids to feel heavy until they move to a soft gaze or close completely.

Just breathe.

If you are feeling tight or tense or like you need movement,

Allow yourself to do that now.

Get all the wiggles out.

You can roll your head from right to left,

Raise your shoulders and release.

Listen to your body.

Listen to what you need in this moment.

I want you to take your dominant hand and place your pointer finger on your third eye.

That is going to be right between your eyebrows and about two inches above that spot.

I want you to start tapping your pointer finger on that spot.

No need to rush the taps.

Go at your own pace.

We're going to spend a few moments here tapping and breathing,

Focusing all of your inhales and exhales to that place in your body.

Tapping on your third eye helps you access your body's energy and helps send signals to your brain to release stress and tension.

The third eye is a place of intuition.

I like to think of it as the place that needs to be cleared in order to feel that Zen most people relate to meditation.

You are going to do that for yourself right now.

Just breathe and slowly tap your third eye.

You can now let your hand rest and turn all of your energy and your focus to the spot you were just tapping.

Allow your breath to naturally come in and out of your nostrils.

When you focus your breath to a certain body part you are moving your entire body's energy to that space.

I want you to keep your eyes closed and turn your eyes behind your eyelids to your third eye,

The pineal gland.

This might feel a bit uncomfortable but we are just going to breathe through it.

Inhale and exhale.

Keep breathing and focusing on your pineal gland.

You can release that focus and just allow your chest to rise and fall with each breath.

Don't force anything.

Make it natural with yourself.

We're going to switch our breath to some box breaths.

I'll guide you through the first few and then you will do some on your own.

This type of breathing is used in high stress situations to help alleviate any thoughts and feelings.

We're going to breathe in for four counts.

Hold your breath at the top for four.

Slowly exhale for four and hold at the bottom for four.

Our breath will actually make the shape of a box.

Inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold,

Three,

Two,

One.

Release,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Hold for three,

Two,

One.

Release for three,

Two,

One.

Hold for three,

Two,

One.

Now repeat this pattern on your own for a few moments.

Once you finish completing the last box,

I want you to release it,

Let it go and return back to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Intuition is seeing with the soul.

We all have a keen sense of intuition or a gut feeling,

But a lot of times we don't trust ourselves.

A great way to align with your higher self is to take time clearing your third eye chakra,

The place right between your eyebrows,

The place that intuition lives.

I want you to focus your breath to that spot now and just breathe.

If any thoughts come up,

I just want you to let them pass like a cloud in the sky.

We've spent some time today focusing on your third eye and your intuition.

I want this to be a reminder to you to trust yourself.

You know your body,

You know your mind and you know your soul.

I think we get so caught up in the world and what people tell us that we should like or what we should look like or how we should act,

But you already have all of that within you.

You already know,

So trust yourself and know that you can come back to this meditation if you're feeling unclear and you need help clearing your third eye to allow your intuition to step through.

We're going to start waking up our bodies now,

So find some soft and slow movement.

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll out your wrists,

Bring your shoulders up to your ears in an inhale and let them fall with an exhale.

Let's do that one more time.

Bring your shoulders up to your ears in an inhale and let them fall with your exhale.

Slowly move your neck from side to side,

Waking up all the muscles that help you keep your head held high.

Don't forget to breathe,

Allowing the space for your muscles to grow.

Take one giant stretch,

Hands over your head,

Get as big as you can possibly get,

Like this is the first time you have stretched after a long hibernation.

And when you feel ready,

When you feel awakened,

You can allow yourself to open your eyes.

We're going to place our hands together in prayer and place both of your thumbs back onto your third eye and bow your head and thank yourself for showing up today.
