Thank you for joining me for this gentle practice to study yourself in moments of uncertainty or chaos,

Connecting with your inner stillness,

Inner resources,

And ability to navigate each moment with grace.

This is your time and you have the ability to choose how you will approach this moment and the energy you'll carry with you by setting your intention now.

The invitation is to repeat these words to yourself aloud or silently in your heart,

Affirming them as your reality and allowing them to sink down deep and take root in your unconscious mind for your highest good and the highest good of every soul involved.

Let's begin.

Breathing in,

I know I am breathing in.

Breathing out,

I know I am breathing out.

I observe my breath flowing in and out.

Each breath brings a little more ease to my body.

I focus on my breath and feel more present.

I am supported by the surface beneath me.

I let myself pause in this moment.

I trust myself to handle this moment with grace.

I gently observe my body and offer it kindness.

I release what I cannot control.

I have access to my inner resources.

I allow space for new possibilities to emerge.

I am steady as life unfolds around me.

I am grounded in the here and now.

I embrace this moment just as it is.

Change is part of life,

And I meet it with openness.

Everything is temporary,

And that makes anything possible.

Life flows like a river into each new moment.

I trust my inner strength to guide me.

I listen closely to what my body tells me.

I notice areas of ease in my body.

I release tension and allow calm to expand.

I allow myself to pause and reset.

I trust myself to adapt and find balance.

I focus on what I can control right now.

I let go of needing to have all the answers.

I release resistance and invite a sense of openness.

I accept that life is always changing and evolving.
