Angel Appreciation

This is a guided meditation dedicated to reflecting on and appreciating with our guardian angels. The purpose of the meditation is to relax into the breath and mediate on your personal guardian angel. Giving thanks, asking for guidance and protection are all apart of this practice.

Angel of God, My guardian dear, To whom his love commits thee here. Ever this day be at my side, To light, To guard, To rule, To guide. Let's take a moment out of our day to communicate with our guardian angel. When we are born, We each get one. We also can take a minute to communicate with the archangels as well. Take a deep breath in, Fully inhaling the lungs, Hold it at the top, And release when you're ready. Guardian angel, I ask that you send me signs of divine guidance. Take three more deep breaths. I ask that you help send me messages from the divine. Please guard my steps and keep me safe. Guardian angel, Please bless my eyes to see, My ears to hear, And my lips to speak. Guide me on my day to day and for all my days. Thank you, Guardian angel, For being by my side since the day I was born. I thank you and I love you back.
