Guided meditation focusing on unconditional love and light. Listeners will be asked to bring to mind one individual that they feel unconditional love for. They will use deep breathing and visualization to experience the feeling of love throughout their body while also reflecting on the emotion itself. During the meditation, listeners will also be guided through sending energies of love and light to the intended person using visualization.

Transcript

Gently,

Close your eyes if you'd like,

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

Begin to bring to mind an image of somebody that you love unconditionally.

It can be a family member,

A friend,

A partner,

Or even yourself.

Begin to bring that image now into your mind's eye and take three deep breaths.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Inhaling deep into your lungs,

Holding at the top and exhaling when it feels right.

Start to visualize a pure white light glowing and radiating from your chest.

The white light might be small and only cover a part of your chest,

That's okay.

Keep the image in mind of that person and take another deep breath in.

Fill your lungs deeply and hold at the top.

Continue to breathe like this as you slowly visualize the white light in your chest growing larger and larger.

The white light begins to radiate so bright that it is covering all of your chest now.

Lean into this and breathe deeper.

Think about the person.

What are they like?

What qualities do you love about them?

What are they wearing in your image?

How long have you loved this person?

With each breath that you take,

Visualize the white light radiating brighter and brighter until it expands and lights up your whole body.

This white light is the strongest form of energy.

It is directly from our creator.

It is meant to expand and spread.

There is no limit to this white bright light.

On the next inhale,

Either out loud or in your head,

Repeat,

I send you unconditional love and light.

I send you pure intentions of my love.

I hope that you can feel my love radiating from me.

It is large enough to cover the both of us.

Take three deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper with each breath.

Continue to breathe deeply as we go through the following phrases.

Picturing that person in your mind's eye,

Repeat,

I love you unconditionally.

There is nothing you have done or could do that would separate my love for you.

My love for you is a bright white light,

Washing away any negativity and leaving nothing but light in its place.

I accept you for all that you are.

I accept your flaws,

Knowing that I have some myself.

I forgive you for the times you may have hurt me,

And I hope you can forgive me for the times I may have hurt you.

Three more deep breaths.

My love for you is as strong and powerful as that bright glowing light.

I hope you feel it wherever you are right now.

Know that no matter where you go,

How far you travel,

Or what you do,

There is no place you can go where my love can't follow you.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to come back to being.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Notice how you feel in your body when you thought of that person.

Do you feel lighter?

Do you feel a warmth?

Remember you can always choose to revisit this feeling whenever you need to.
