Greetings and welcome.
It is the degree of Mars on the hour of the moon.
We're going to be doing a deep breathing from the lower dentian which is your lower abdomen.
Just learning how to breathe more deeply,
Learning how to make sure that our breaths are coming from our center and not from our chest so that we can be properly nourished and have a strong protective field around us throughout the day when we move forward.
You really just want to get into breathing from your center so that your organs can be nourished properly,
So that you're not losing energy and that you're able to tackle the day with a different presence.
So this is geared to a beginner,
Not to say that someone that is an advanced can't do this,
But this is more geared to people who have trouble breathing from their lower belly.
In addition we will be chanting Alham Prima which is I am Divine Love.
So let's begin.
So you want to start by putting your palm,
Your left palm,
On your belly if you're a woman,
You're right if you're a man,
And you really just want to feel your breath,
Your body moving up and down,
The belly going in and out,
And you can let your breath be completely natural right now without force and you just want to observe how you're feeling,
What does it feel like to hold your hand down on your lower abdomen and just start noticing if anything comes up or there's any tension.
So now we're going to connect with the five organs that are connected to the generative cycle,
Making the ancient symbol of the star.
We'll start with our lungs,
So you want to take your hands up to your lungs and put them,
Your hands over them,
And you can hover or you can actually feel.
Now if you're a beginner I recommend that you actually have direct contact and put your hands over your lungs and we're just gonna see how our lungs feel,
See if there's any sadness or if anything comes up.
And you can take some intentional breaths and do your own thing with your breaths,
Just see how you're breathing,
If it's shallow,
If it's short,
If it's long,
And just observe without judgment why you observed your lungs.
And you observe your lungs.
Two more cycles of breath.
And you can just say to your lungs,
Thank you lungs.
Then we're going to move down to the spleen which is on your left side.
I'm just going to connect to the spleen,
See if any worry or anxiety comes up or maybe nothing comes up.
It's very important to know what your organs look like so that you can connect with them and send them some energy and let them know that you acknowledge them.
Just observing to see if anything comes up.
One more cycle of breath.
And now we're going to connect with our hearts.
I'm going to put your hand over your heart which is on your left side of your body.
Just feel your heart.
You might feel the thump,
The pulse in your hands.
The palm of your hands are connected to your heart as well.
So this might be a little easier to connect to based upon that.
One more cycle of breath.
And then we're going to say thank you heart.
We're going to make our hands go back down to our spleen and we're going to say thank you spleen.
Now take your hands and put them on your kidneys on your lower back.
I'm just going to focus on your kidneys and send your kidneys some energy and and see what comes up.
One more cycle of breath and then repeat after me.
Thank you kidneys.
And last but not least over to the liver on the right side of the body.
Very large organ and connect to the liver.
See if any anger comes up.
Resentment.
What is in your liver?
How is your liver feeling?
Does it feel happy?
One more cycle of breath.
And say repeat after me.
Thank you liver.
And then you can return your hands to your center of your lap with your thumbs slightly touching and feel your organs.
Feel the connection that you have,
The difference since you spoke and acknowledged them.
Now we're going to chant 12 times aham prema which is I am divine love.
Begin.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema,
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema,
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema,
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema.
And we're going to begin to take some deep belly breaths so if you like you can put your hands over your lower abdomen and we're going to do five counts in and five counts out and you want to pause in between in and out so when you do the five four three two one a slight pause to hold and release five four three two one and these are purging breaths so we're going to breathe in the nose and out the mouth but you want to make it slow and steady and deep and try to let the inhale and the exhale match so let's begin we're going to do it six times starting now so so so last cycle return to natural breathing now we're going to chant aham prema 12 times again begin aham prema prema and prema prema Uh-huh.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Now we will begin to do sits,
Tonifying breaths.
You're gonna do five counts in the nose,
Pause at the top,
Five counts out the nose,
Pause at the bottom.
Let's begin.
Keep your mind centered in your belly.
Last cycle of breath.
Return to your natural breathing.
Now we will chant 12 times aham prema.
Begin.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema,
Prema.
Aham prema,
Prema,
Prema.
Looks very good.
You wanna lay down like this,
If you can show your Heaven in the of those eyes or even deep pearls.
Maybe you're having some purple eyes you can can make an presided barrel,
This chance and let them absorb into the body,
Into your field.
And just be in silence.
And just be in silence.
Continue to focus your mind into your belly.
And we're gonna close with drawing down the heavens.
So you're gonna take your hands out to the side,
Raise them up as you inhale,
Rotate your palms to face the sky halfway,
All the way up,
And then exhale to bring the energy down through the nose,
Out through the nose.
I'm gonna do two more just like that.
Your hands should be coming down right in front of your face.
You should be using your arms to move the energy and use your palms to feel the chi.
One more.
And then exhale to bring the energy down through the nose.
You should be using your hands to move the energy and use your palms to feel the chi.
One more.
One more.
Slow and steady wins the race.
You turn your hands back to your lower abdomen,
Left hand on the bottom for women,
Right hand on the bottom for men,
And interlace the web of your thumbs And sink your mind into your center and let the breath be natural.
Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day.
