Greetings and welcome.
Today is the degree of Tuesday and it is the hour of Jupiter.
I wanted to share something with you all today before we got started.
We're going to be doing a breathing exercise called she breathing and it is for advanced people.
If you are not great at breathing for your belly,
If you don't know how to breathe from your belly,
Please refer to the previous video that I recorded,
Dante and Belly Breathing.
It is an introduction,
But this is for the advanced breathing breathers.
And being that today the moon is in Pisces and we're doing this on the hour of Jupiter.
Jupiter is a planet of expansion and growth.
And it's also a planet,
Even though Pisces does rule certain aspects of spirituality and wisdom,
The planet Jupiter does rule over higher knowledge.
And our bodies have this unhidden knowledge that is just waiting to be tapped into.
So I had pulled a couple of,
Pulled a oracle card today that I want to share with you all before we begin our breathing.
And it actually is an oracle card that talks about the heart,
Which the heart right now is in a place where it's able to expand.
So this is puno puno wisdom and measurable power of the heart way.
The heart has the power to heal in a way that the mind cannot understand.
Do not allow your mind to distract or frighten you.
You are a beautiful child of the universe and divine love lives within your heart.
A willing heart is all that you need to transform any situation that is troubling you.
Recognizing this power does not invoke feelings of pressure or anxiety,
But rather a peace and joy.
Lightness of heart and relief of mind are here for you now.
The divine within your heart has the power to transform a situation that is troubling you.
Do not be intimidated or think it is too much for you or the divine to handle.
Do not allow yourself to intellectualize or analyze the situation to the point of feeling confused or paralyzed healing through the heart on any and all issues that have played you or loved one can and will happen.
Let your heart feel the faith it needs to feel so that it can rest and joy.
Divine healing wants to flow abundantly for you.
Open up to receive it without hesitation or condition.
So this is just talking about,
You know,
Expanding your heart,
You know,
Putting down problems that we're over analyzing or we don't have the answers to and resonating with our heart space and trusting the process of life to unfold.
So this is a breathing technique called she breathing that we're going to begin and we'll be doing three rounds of 30 breaths.
After you do the first round,
You're going to hold the breath after the 30th breath out and whatever you want to heal today,
You focus the energy there while you're holding the breath out.
Now you want to try to relax while you're holding the breath out and don't if you feel stressed,
Then you need to release it and return back to natural breathing,
Observing the breath.
So you want to hold to the point where you feel relaxed,
Not to the point where you feel stressed.
The breath goes like this.
So it's two breaths in the nose,
Two breaths out the mouth 30 times and we're going to do three rounds.
After each round,
We're going to hold the breath without stress and relax into it and send the energy,
Focus your mind and your intent on whatever portion of your body that you want to heal.
Now,
Being that I just spoke about the immeasurable heart way and how the heart is at a point where it can expand,
I do recommend that you focus there.
But if there's any other aches or pains or anything that's troubling you,
If you're having digestive issues,
Focus on whatever you need to for today.
So let's begin.
So you want to become in a relaxed state and just breathe into your posture.
Relax your muscles and your tendons.
And let the breath become natural.
And now we will begin.
Ah.

A cycle of breath.
Hold it out.
Let the breathing become natural.
Let your breaths be natural as they go in and out and try to make them as little as possible.
So no big gasps of air.
Just want to make it subtle and slow.
And observe how the body feels after that.
Begin the second round.
Begin.

One more cycle of breath.
Hold it out.
Slow,
Natural breaths in and out.
You should notice that the second breath was a little bit easier to hold.
Notice how you feel.
And when you hold the breath,
You're moving at your own pace.
So if you can't hold as long as me,
That's totally fine.
You just want to make sure that you are comfortable when you're holding your breath and you're focusing on whatever body part or organ you are trying to help heal and align.
And the second key is to make sure after you release the breath that the breath is gentle and equal.
Inhale equal exhale.
Take one more cycle of breath and then we will begin the third round.
Begin.

One more cycle of breath.
Return to your natural breathing.
Uh huh.
Uh huh.
Now become aware of your palms.
Take your hands and clap them together and rub them.
Rub your hands.
You're activating your meridians and your palm connected to your heart.
And you want to put your palms over your lower belly,
Known as the lower down to the end.
And we're going to rub in a circular motion going with the flow of digestion up and around to the right over all of your organs,
Centering the energy you have cultivated.
One more cycle.
Now hold your hands at your lower down to your.
We turn to your natural breath.
And take your palms and make the Namaste Muja in front of your heart.
And we'll close out with ah.
The sound vibration connected to the heart chakra.
Take a breath in through the nose.
Ah.
