Wuji Standing meditation
by Mia Bey
Wuji Standing Meditation posture is extremely effective way of meditating because you are directly connected to both poloarities when you stand in this way. Standing in this posture connects you to the negitive poloarity and postivite poloarity generating a strong energy flow throughout the body. Please do enjoy, much love, and thank you!

Greetings and welcome to the Wuji posture standing meditation on the hour of the moon at 11 11 on the day of Jupiter.
Wu means stillness nothing or void and Ji means celestial pole.
The standing meditation is extremely beneficial more beneficial than sitting because you are directly plugged in to both polarities.
I do suggest that you do this meditation outside but if you do not have access to outside or you have other things do you have to do before you decide to stand in the Sun then doing it inside is very effective as well.
So what you want to do is put your feet take them out hip-width apart so your feet should be directly in line with your shoulders and directly in line with your shoulders yes.
So you want to bring your arms down to your side and you want to slightly turn your hands to face the front.
This should give you a little bit of space underneath your arms so that your heart meridians are open and all of the channels are open to receive light.
So now you want to just bend your knees slightly and you don't really want to bend at the knee you want to bend more at the qua so it's almost like you're sitting in a chair but your knees will have a slight bend but you want to bend from the qua to open up the channels in your groin in your genital area and then we're going to take three deep breaths to tune in and we're going to do breaths of five counts so let's begin now one two three four five five four three two one out five four three two one five four three two one and let's take one more deep breath on your own.
So we want to establish our central channel central channel or center of gravity.
In traditional Chinese medicine it's called the Tai Chi Pole so you're gonna imagine a light coming out of the sky down into the center of your crown through the center of your body and out through your perineum all the way down into Mother Earth and this should connect you even deeper to the planet and you just want to tune into your body.
You're going to visualize a white light scanning your entire crown and tune all tune into the crown and take all of your attention and focus it on the top of your head and you just scan and fill whatever is there on the top of the crown then you're going to take this light and bring it down to your forehead and bring all of your intention there take the light around to your temples around to the back of the skull at the top and down to the back of the skull where your jade pillow is which ends at the bottom of your skull take that up and around the back of your ears and then take the light around your ear lobe up and down and just imagine light completely covering your ears and massaging your ears from top to bottom in and out now take that light back across to your eyes in front of your face over your eye sockets and lids and take it down your nose around your cheekbones down your jaw and around your chin back up to your bottom lip your top lip and then the space that's between your nose and your lip you can take that light back down to your chin and down your neck going around the front and the back of your neck and you should feel your whole entire face and head tingling since you have now awakened each part of your body that is located in your head then you want to take that light down to the shoulders and all the way out towards the down down your arms and down your fingertips now imagine that light going the opposite way on your yin side which is the inside of your hands and fingers take it all the way up the inside of your wrists all the way up to your armpit then take that light and take it around to the front of your chest near your thyroid and your sternum and take it over to your breast and let the light go down the front of your body your stomach your solar plexus your lower abdomen your belly button and take that light up and down the side of your torso all the way up to your back and scan the back top to bottom with that light then you want to take the light around your hips down to the front of your thighs and also take it all the way back towards the bum and encase the entire bottom half of your body with light moving the light down to the front of the thighs the back of the thighs the side of the thighs the front of the knees the back of the knees all the way down to the back of the calf the front of the calf and take that light around your ankles all the way down to the toes where your fingernail pads are or your toenail pads are and encase that light underneath your feet and feel how that light has balanced your whole entire body tune in to the breath and feel how the light has encased and it has awakened every part of your body now if you have some numb parts that's normal so if you have like certain parts of the body that you don't feel that much sensation it's totally fine it takes time if you're just starting but just work to focus your mind on what what you have awakened and whatever parts you feel pain or discomfort you can focus your energy there and just send light there and take deep breaths two more so now we're going to take our palm the left palm and put it over our lower abdomen if you're a woman it'll be the left palm on the lower abdomen and if you're a man it'll be your right and then you'll put your other palm on top top of the first one and interlace the web of your fingers two inches below your belly button and you're just going to tune in to your lower abdomen which is called in Chinese medicine the lower dantian your litter field where the energy lays dormant and just take a couple of deep breaths we'll do three starting now while you do these breaths all your attention should be focusing your lower abdomen and the breath should be coming from that lower part it shouldn't be coming from the chest so you want to make sure that you sink your chest and do your best of your ability to breathe from your lower abdomen and tune into that lower abdomen and feel the energy there so now we're going to take one deep breath in and one deep breath out and we're gonna do three seat sounds for the lower on the lower dantian which is pronounced hong and that's h-u-n-g so we'll do a count of five in and a count of five out and then we'll do a count of five in and we'll start all right let's begin Standing byEx yr thirty fivemons roar And take your arms down to your side.
And see how that felt and see what it did to the body.
I also would like to mention while you're standing in your Wuji posture,
You want to make sure that your pelvis is slightly tilted to the front so that you don't have a curve in the back of your spine.
It should be straight down.
Two more breaths.
Now you're going to take your middle fingers and put them in the center of your heart chakra.
And you're going to connect with your heart organ in your center.
And your fingers should be placed right in between your breast on the sternum.
And you should maybe feel a little bit of a thump of the heart organ when you're connecting.
You just want to tune in and we're going to take three deep breaths and send as much light as possible through this center.
Let's begin.
Now,
We're going to do the seat sound of the heart chakra.
And it goes,
Ah,
Which is AHHH.
So we're going to take a deep breath in and out.
And then we're going to take another deep breath in and begin.
Let's begin.
Ahh.
Ahh.
Now,
Rest your arms down to your side.
And feel the vibration of that sound and the light traveling through your heart center.
And notice the difference.
When you do the seat sounds,
You should feel them vibrating in that area.
And you still want to breathe from your lower abdomen,
Getting your power from there,
But still sending light into the area that you're focusing on,
Awakening the centers so that you can feel more energetically alive and more aware and alert.
So now we're going to raise our hands and put it on our first eye in the middle of our brows,
Right down in the center.
And it doesn't have to be a lot of pressure,
Just a light tap.
And you're still in your standing posture.
And you just want to imagine light going into there.
So let's breathe in the light three times.
And then we'll begin the seat sound for the first eye.
Let's begin.
Now,
We will take a breath in and out.
And breathe back in again.
And begin the sound,
Which is OM.
OM,
M,
M.
Let's begin.
OM,
M,
M.
OM,
M,
M.
OM,
M,
M.
Now,
Relax your arms down.
Take three deep breaths.
Make sure that you're taking your deep breaths in and out through the nose,
So that you can tonify your energy and preserve it and strengthen it.
And really just feel the difference of the feeling of the sensors now that you have awakened them and activated them.
Notice the differences.
So now we're going to take our hands and clap them together and swish them as if you were washing your hands to warm them up.
Once they get warm and they feel like hot,
You can take your fingertips and start tapping them together.
And it should be almost like you're clapping your fingertips together.
And your fingertips should start getting a little warm.
Once they do,
You're going to put your hand on your lower abdomen.
Left for women,
Right for men.
And the top hand goes on top of the first hand,
Below the abdomen,
Two inches below the belly button.
And you're just going to tune into the lower abdomen with some breaths.
Open your mouth.
