Dr. Kay focuses on the intersection of health, self-empowerment, and creativity. Using the gifts of Naturopathic therapies and Clinical Psychology to create uplifting visualizations that encourage listeners to heal themselves. Her style is warm, conversational, and tailored to you. Kay obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences and graduated from Antioch University, LA with an MA in Clinical Psychology in September 2022. Kay also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. Her journey towards healing arts and science began in 2015 when she founded a meditation group, the Serenity Squad, with a crew of wonderful misfits in Chicago. Through meditation and medical school, she learned that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are equally important to a person’s wellness.
