Welcome to this guided hiking meditation. This experience will not just be observing Mother Nature. It's intended to be an interaction with Mother Nature. A conversation with Mother Nature. So wherever you are, Begin simply by placing one foot in front of the other. Notice how it feels as your feet touch Mother Earth, Saying to her, Hello Mother Nature, I feel you. You support me every step I take. Thank you. Thank you. Let's go on a walk together. I want to talk to you. I want you to show me your secrets. Show me some things I've never seen before. Let's go. I feel you every step. As you put one foot in front of another, Widen your attention. Notice your breath. Take a deep inhale and release when you're ready. Notice what it feels like to breathe, To just be. Notice if there's any breeze. You're breathing the breeze. You and Mother Nature are one. There's no separation here. With every inhale, You bring her into your body. She nourishes you. With every exhale, You give back. She is your very breath. Thank you for being with me on this hike, Mother Nature. I love you.
