Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on when things fall apart in life and how to bring yourself back home to peace.
For all of us in our lives there's times when we feel like we're broken open,
There's big changes,
There's very challenging situations and it can feel like things are falling apart.
Perhaps our greater wisdom knows that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and there is some good somewhere in the situation.
Yet we can still feel the pain or the loss or the change or the challenge.
And this guided meditation is to help you to keep coming back to your stable inner sanctuary of peace no matter what happens around you.
So just go ahead and begin by taking several deep breaths.
Breathing in fully and exhaling completely.
And letting each exhale be a complete and totaled softening of tension.
And to bring your focus inside yourself as if there's a magnet within your heart pulling your attention deep inside away from the outside.
Situations,
People,
Events,
Places,
Things.
And you feel yourself turning inward,
Almost like a tortoise bringing your limbs,
Bringing your attention inside upon yourself,
The soul,
Your true self,
The being of light.
It's as though you let the whole world fall away as you give your permission,
Your self permission to step inside,
To let go and begin to find the calm center in the midst of the storm.
Focusing on the subtle,
Glowing,
Being,
Conscious being of light that you are as the soul,
The consciousness that you are,
Residing in the center of the forehead.
Bringing your attention here.
And letting each exhale be a complete and totaled softening of tension.
And feel in your awareness,
I,
The soul,
Am peace.
I,
The soul,
Am love.
These are my natural,
Pure feelings.
And as I come inside,
It's as though I remember my inner sanctuary,
A place of peace and rest and silence.
A place that no one,
No situation,
Nothing can touch.
A place of safety and security.
A place where it is just I,
The soul,
And the divine.
So settle into this place inside yourself,
Your inner sanctuary.
The world can fall away for now,
It's fine.
And allow yourself to be absorbed in the awareness of yourself as a soul,
A spiritual being.
Surrounded by warm,
Glowing light and the love,
Radiance,
And complete support of the divine.
As you recognize with your whole being,
Your right to feel peace.
And that the negative emotions,
Feelings that have emerged,
It's your right to let go of them.
You don't have to let them intrude on your sacred inner world,
Your inner sanctuary.
And so with a deep breath,
You let those things go.
Negative emotions,
Negative thoughts.
You allow yourself.
You give yourself permission to release them.
To free yourself.
So that no matter what goes on in the world around you,
Your inner sanctuary of peace is kept untouched,
Divine,
A safe place for you to come.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
And I the soul have a right to peace.
I cannot always change the things or the people,
The situations around me,
But I can connect within with my inner sanctuary that no one,
Nothing can touch and I can renew myself,
Re-experience my natural state of peace and silence and stillness.
A place where it is just me,
I the soul,
And the divine,
The one.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I am a soul and my nature is peace.
I recognize that my nature is peace and I am safe in my inner world.
As though there is an aura of light around me,
Protecting me from the outside world,
Not allowing things to get in and disturb my inner peace.
In this way I can deal with life much more easily,
Gracefully and from a centered conscious place.
My natural pure feelings can flow and I can release all of the negative emotions.
They don't belong to me and I am able to let them go.
Pure feelings come from I the soul,
Negative emotions come from the ego.
This is my true self at the core.
And I come back to the renewed awareness I am here to bring light.
And I am a being of peace.
This too shall pass.
And my feelings,
My pure feelings of peace,
Love,
Letting go,
Forgiveness,
This heals.
It heals myself and it heals the world around me.
It is my greatest strength to be in touch with myself and protect my sacred inner sanctuary.
The divine's light is all around me and I am safe.
As I return my awareness to my life,
The room I am in,
Physical reality,
I keep this subtle awareness of my inner sanctuary,
My true self,
My connection to the divine.
And in this way I am able to maintain strength and calm even in the middle of a storm.
