Many,
Many blessings,
Oceans of love,
And welcome to this meditation on resurrection,
Renewal,
Reawakening to your higher self.
Let's begin by coming to a relaxed and comfortable place.
Take a deep,
Beautiful cleansing breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow your entire body,
Mind,
And being to soften.
Feel as though there is a wave of peace washing over you,
And this wave starts at your crown and moves through your forehead as you come into deeper and deeper peace,
And it moves down your throat and your chest,
Arms,
Your torso and your belly and your hips,
And your legs,
And your feet,
And you feel yourself really melt into this peace,
And it is a cleansing wave of peace that renews you,
Purifies,
Heals,
And fills you with new energy,
New life.
It is sometimes said that transformation can happen in a second,
In the sense of our openness and willingness to receive the power of light,
The power of the divine of God,
The power of transformation.
So in this moment,
Opening yourself to receive the light,
Aware that you are now being illumined with the light of God,
The One,
And breathing in that light and feeling that light reach every cell of your body,
Feeling that light illumine your mind and your heart,
And it is the most cleansing light,
Like a cleansing shower,
And this shower is removing all of the dirt and whatever it is that doesn't belong in your being,
That isn't in alignment with the fullness of your being,
And it's an effortless cleanse in the way that it's effortless to receive the water from a shower,
And so too it's like this now,
That you tap into that wellspring of light,
Purity,
And peace.
So take a few breaths and be illumined,
Be renewed by the light of the Spirit,
And take this opportunity to consciously let go of anything you need to,
Even if it feels really big like a mountain,
You can start that process now,
And the divine might just transform that mountain into a mustard seed,
Or another saying to transform the experience of a cross into a thorn.
So from the purity and innocence and light of your heart,
You simply trust and let go and let yourself be filled,
Renewed,
Resurrected,
Reawakened.
Taking a few more breaths in this place of transcendence,
In this place of magnificence and light,
And to allow this process of illumination to continue,
We've started a process here together in this meditation,
And now the process continues to unfold as you integrate to greater and greater levels of light and truth and love and purity and peace.
And you can listen to this meditation anytime you are ready for a reactivation,
And then to allow the process to continue to unfold in your every moment,
Hour,
Days,
As you let go and allow yourself to be showered by the light of the divine.
You are a radiant being,
And you are destined for great light.
You wouldn't be listening to this if you weren't.
