Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on healing with the power of silence.
This meditation is very useful especially for healing anything physical,
Even anything emotional or mental.
Because the power of silence is something lacking in our world today.
There's so much noise externally,
Internally.
Yet when we're able to really sink into silence,
When we're able to allow the mind to experience silence,
There is an incredible healing energy that has the power to renew,
Transform and heal.
And so we're going to experience that healing power of silence in this guided meditation.
Go ahead and start by taking a few deep breaths as you breathe in and out,
Allowing yourself to relax and soften and melt away any tension.
Each exhale helps you to let go and relax even more.
And if you imagine a flowing river,
Our lives are often like this flowing river.
Things are always happening and moving and just for this time feel yourself step out of that flowing river of life to just sit on the shore quietly,
Comfortably,
Completely still,
Completely silent,
Watching the river continue to move and pass along.
Yet you take some time outside of the rush and flow of life to sit in stillness and silence.
And you bring your mind into this experience.
Life is moving along,
Rushing along,
Yet you,
For now,
Are sitting by the shore,
Quietly just observing in a calm,
Peaceful awareness.
Things may be happening around you,
Part of this river of life,
Sounds and motion,
Yet you,
The soul,
The true self,
Are still.
And you feel this silence,
This sense of peace washing over you.
Feeling how gentle and light this feeling is of just sitting by the shore watching.
And continue to allow this power of silence,
Stillness,
To wash over your whole being,
Cleansing and healing your mind,
Cleansing and healing your body.
Feeling this power of silence,
Bringing pure awareness and healing light to your whole being,
Like there's a glowing golden light all around you and you can focus it in certain places that need extra healing,
Extra light.
As you experience this healing energy,
This silence,
You're in touch with your true self,
The soul,
Consciousness,
Awareness.
And there's a great relief,
A great peace that you experience and that fills your body and mind as well.
Feeling the waves of this peace washing over you.
Aware of your true self and feeling a greater connection to the divine,
The one.
As though you're held completely and entirely in this silence and in this light.
And if any specific thoughts or directions come into your awareness to give to your body or to your mind,
Healing thoughts,
Then from this place of silence those thoughts have power,
Those directions have power.
So feel and bring awareness to any healing thoughts,
Any areas of your body,
Any emotional wounds,
Mental wounds,
Anything that needs healing,
Bringing that into your awareness powerfully from silence,
From peace.
And the more and more you allow yourself to come into this silence,
It's very simple,
The more you'll create the conditions for healing,
For transformation to occur.
When you step outside of that rushing river of life and sit on the shore,
You can see more clearly,
Have greater awareness,
Be more in touch with yourself and what's true.
What thoughts are healing?
You might just remind yourself any time of the day with the word silence.
Remind yourself to come back into silence.
Step outside of that river,
Sit on the shore and just be present with yourself and with your own body and mind.
Remembering that you can sit on the shore and still be present in your life,
Just not taken away with it,
Just not lost in it.
And enjoy far greater contentment,
Awareness,
Peace,
