So let's begin with the breath simply breathing in and out deeply and fully relaxing completely and allowing tension to just melt off of you almost like you're taking off a heavy jacket anything you just need to let go of remove release just doing that now.
Releasing any heaviness shaking it off and coming into the quiet inner stillness of your being the loving peace that is your nature the still waters of your pure being and allowing yourself to settle in to the consciousness of your true self the core of yourself the soul.
You might remind yourself I am a soul a loving being and as you bring yourself into this awareness then your mind is able to relax more and so is your body letting go of any and all strings of attachment to this world just for now so that you can rest in the purity and light of your true self free divine sovereign pure light.
You might think in your mind like a mantra pure light pure light reminding yourself of the core of your being.
Aware of yourself I am pure light and I am connected to the divine who is an ocean of light and love and experiencing the showers of light from the one upon you like you are bathing showering in this waterfall of divine light healing light pure light.
And it's a purifying waterfall of light completely renewing you.
Just as we take showers for our body this is a shower of healing light for you the soul the being just taking it in receiving and enjoying this waterfall of loving peace purity and bliss.
And feel this waterfall of light overflowing and reaching out and touching other souls.
See this light pouring forth into the world.
As you the soul are aware awake connected to the one and bathing in the shower of light that is overflowing overflowing healing light.
And it's a purifying waterfall of light.
And it's a purifying waterfall of light.
Taking a few more breaths in this beautiful pristine purifying healing light washing cleansing your mind your heart your whole being with beautiful supremely pure spiritual energy from the one the divine God the ocean of peace.
And it's a purifying waterfall of light.

And it's a purifying waterfall of light.
Floods of light and peace fill and surround you completely light and peace in all directions within you and without healing purifying cleansing.
Taking this energy with you as you go into your day into your evening that you may be overflowing with light aware of your inner richness and your divine connection that fills you with unlimited peace light love bliss purity.
