Namaste.
Welcome to this guided meditation on going beyond and becoming free.
In order for us to bring a feeling of lightness and joy and newness and energy into our lives,
We need to learn how to also go beyond all of the details of life so that we can refresh and renew ourselves spiritually and then bring a renewed free,
Beautiful,
Happy,
Peaceful energy into our lives.
And we're going to do this by realizing,
Remembering who I am,
Remembering the Supreme Soul,
The Divine God,
The Beloved,
And basking in that connection and relationship,
Enabling ourselves to completely release the burden and stress and become light and free again.
So we'll just get started by taking a few deep breaths and just letting the oxygen flow in on your in-breath feeling,
I am peace.
And on the out-breath feeling,
I am light.
Inhaling,
I am peace.
And exhaling,
I am light.
And just allowing yourself to relax more and more with each breath,
More and more tension just melting away,
The mind's excess thoughts just melting away and becoming more and more present,
More and more peaceful.
And just inhaling,
I am peace.
And exhaling,
I am light.
Feeling yourself drawing your attention more and more inside on your inner world,
Feeling yourself coming home.
As if all of your energy is just being pulled inwards away from external focus and you're simply reclaiming all of your energy.
And coming more and more into the awareness,
I am a soul.
I am light.
I am peace.
And this is who I am,
Wearing the physical costume of the body,
Playing the part that I do in life.
I just come into this simple awareness of who I am at my core.
I am a peaceful soul.
I am light.
And just feeling the mind relax.
No need to be in doing mode,
Acting mode,
But just being mode.
Just being peaceful.
Just being light.
Just being a soul.
Feeling yourself as a radiant light,
The mind peaceful,
The body relaxed,
And now taking some time to fly to go beyond.
I,
The soul,
Fly beyond the details of this world to the home and comfort of my spiritual parents heart.
I go and connect my mind with the one,
The beloved,
The supreme.
And as I do,
I start to feel an ocean of love,
An ocean of peace,
An ocean of power and purity and love and bliss surrounding me.
As I connect with the energy field of the divine,
I feel as though I'm being cradled in love,
Cradled in peace,
Completely held,
Completely blessed.
With this power to go beyond,
I find myself with not a worry in my mind,
But in a place of complete renewal where I can just rest and be myself and be completely held in love,
Safety,
Security,
Power and peace.
I feel the divine's presence around me,
With a sweet personality,
Smiling,
And in a very subtle way it's as though I can hear that being saying,
Child,
I love you.
Child,
You are my special child,
My special angel.
Rest your mind,
Rest with me and then when you go back into your regular daily life,
You will feel renewed.
And so taking in light from the supreme,
From the divine,
Just soaking it in the same way that we drink water and absorb the water into the body,
We're just absorbing light into the self,
The soul,
Recharging our spiritual battery and becoming renewed.
As if I'm floating in an ocean of peace,
I feel layers and layers and layers of tension being removed.
I feel myself becoming lighter and lighter and lighter,
More and more free,
Like an angel or a flying bird who's flying thousands of feet above the ground,
Completely free,
Completely beyond.
I feel the presence of the divine guiding,
Cradling,
Loving,
Supporting me.
I know I'm not alone.
I know I'm completely held and I know it is safe for me to be completely renewed and to completely let go.
I feel not only is it safe,
But it is necessary,
Essential for I,
The self,
The soul,
To do the work I'm here to do in the world.
I sense I'm being replenished,
Refilled with spiritual energy.
Simply as I stay in the energy field of the one,
I stay under the canopy of love of the divine.
I'm simply being renewed,
Refilled,
Recharged.
And I enjoy the silence,
The peace,
The stillness within.
I'm simply being renewed,
Refilled,
Recharged.
And I enjoy the silence,
The peace,
The stillness within.
It is just me and God,
The divine.
Simple,
Pure,
Ethereal,
My mind completely peaceful,
Completely still.
It's as though I feel I'm flying like a bird high in the sky,
Shining blessings of love and peace upon all the souls and elements of the world.
I feel myself up,
Up above,
Looking down,
Detached and free,
Yet loving and peaceful.
And I just take a moment to fly above,
Shining blessings and my love upon the whole world as I feel renewed and replenished from my connection with the supreme.
I feel renewed from letting it all go.
I'm now able to take a moment to fly above the world and emanate pure love,
Shining rays of peace.
I'm now able to take a moment to fly above the world and emanate pure love,
Shining blessings upon all the souls and elements of the world.
As my heart is softened,
My mind serene,
I now have touched a place I can come back to any time,
In the freedom of my own mind.
I can allow myself to go back home into that state of freedom,
Into that state of simplicity,
Just being a soul and just being with the divine.
As I'm ready,
I can then go back into my life,
Into the awareness of my body and the tasks I'm doing,
Yet I come back with an elevated awareness,
The consciousness and awareness that I am a soul,
I am peaceful,
I am free,
I am light.
Maintaining a connection to the divine,
Who is like my spiritual parent,
Always there for me,
I can connect and renew,
I can feel completely at peace,
And now in my life my creativity can flow,
My happiness can flow,
I can create health and wealth and beauty in my life from this place of peace,
Clarity,
Love and joy.
Recognizing this,
I come back,
Still aware of my freedom,
Still aware of my lightness,
And I bring this love into my actions.
As I prepare for my next tasks or things to do in life,
I maintain this spiritual awareness,
Bringing light and peace into the entire world,
And I know that anytime I can go beyond and become free.
