Warm blessings and welcome to our meditation on bathing in the ocean of love and specifically we're going to be working with cleansing the memory tract with the purifier.
The one,
The supreme being is the ocean of love and the ocean of purity.
So we're going to go into a really nice cleansing bath experience to completely free yourself of negative thoughts in the memory tract or memories,
Experiences and just letting it all go to the one so that you feel free and present and alive and peaceful.
So we'll just start by taking a few deep breaths and as you inhale simply taking in fresh oxygen,
Fresh life.
And as you exhale,
Letting that exhale be like a wave of peace that as you exhale you just allow yourself to soften,
To relax,
To sink deeper into yourself.
And just simply allowing the breath to flow in and out in a slow and relaxed way.
So that any tension at all,
Even in the mind is released,
Is relaxed.
And you find yourself coming more and more into a deeply relaxed and kind of a surrendered state where you feel like you're really letting go and connected to the supreme.
As you breathe and your energy draws inward,
You begin to very consciously make that connection with the spiritual sun,
The supreme being,
The supreme light.
And you find it's a very natural connection just as if you're bringing your face towards the sunlight,
Just a shift in awareness to receiving the light and beaming energy coming from our spiritual parent.
And that one's love begins to come within you.
You feel nourished as this light shines upon you.
The golden red light.
As you receive these rays,
You feel yourself beaming with a deep happiness inside.
Just like you're sunbathing,
Sunbathing with the supreme sun,
The supreme light.
And at the same time,
Feeling completely held and nourished by that one's energy of the mother.
And so there's a feeling too of being bathed in warm water in an ocean of love.
And this spiritual nourishment calms the mind.
The space between the thoughts becomes slower,
More spacious.
As you drop deeper and deeper into pure awareness,
Presence,
And love,
The mind becomes increasingly silent as the heart sings with this nourishment.
The deepest nourishment we can ever experience is from our spiritual parent,
The source.
And we just take it in deeply,
Like a feeling as though we haven't had enough water in a while.
And finally,
This pure nourishing water is here and we just drink it in like nectar,
Like so nourishing.
And like you haven't been in the sunlight,
You just drink in that sunlight,
Filling yourself completely.
And so absorbed in this light,
So absorbed in this love,
This peace,
That you just feel the mind so quiet,
Pure presence.
And we're going to allow this light with our intention,
Our invoking of the divine.
We're going to allow this one's purifying light to cleanse the memory tract.
Just wash it with light,
With truth,
With love,
So that we find ourselves returning to that pure peace where we don't need to hold the awareness of the body and the name we have and all of the details and experiences,
But we can be pure presence in this link with the divine.
And we can come into our lives with an experience of newness,
Of pure joy.
And so as you're bathing in this light,
You just are aware that this one with your inner permission and invoking is purifying the memory tract,
Washing away,
Renewing,
Cleansing.
And the inexperience we don't often have or intend to have.
And so there's a much needed and very freeing purification,
Release,
Renewal.
So you simply bathe in this light and you let the intelligence of the supreme cleanse renew and hold you in love.
Like you're just floating in this liquid light and you simply let go.
No need to carry all of that heavy stuff.
No need to carry anything at all.
And so moment by moment,
You just feel yourself letting go of more and more and more in this pure unconditional love that fills you so completely,
That restores you to your original,
Peaceful nature.
You continue letting go,
You continue releasing and there's not even much for you to do as it's already occurring.
You feel the waves of bliss that the supreme naturally emits.
And it's so nice to just let everything go.
Right from a new space.
Just like that lightness of a child.
A soul who is renewed.
There's newness.
There's learning and exploration and somewhat of an innocence.
So you're retaining the depths of wisdom you have within you.
You're retaining and being filled with truth,
Wisdom,
Self-awareness,
Purity,
Peace and all of the divine virtues,
The spiritual powers that are innate,
That are eternal.
Those things are staying.
It's just a cleansing of the old,
A returning to the present.
As you experience this deep link with the ocean of purity.
And there's an energy that is renewed in you.
That is far more innate than the energy of the physical body.
Even if the body is tired,
You feel a vibrant golden energy beaming from within you.
And you even feel yourself beaming blessings as the ocean of purity is filling you,
Cleansing you with your deep letting go.
You feel a natural result of beaming divine light.
As if your forehead's a lighthouse and there's you,
The light beaming love,
Beaming bright light all around you.
You find in this process of letting go and release,
There is a greater and greater and growing and growing light and power emanating from within you.
Like a diamond and the purifier is simply removing any mud,
Any rust,
Anything that doesn't belong.
Uncovering you,
The diamond,
The naturally sparkling light,
The naturally lit lamp.
And you enjoy and experiment with this experience as the more you let go,
The more you release.
The greater and easier it is to feel the light that you are naturally emanating,
Naturally illuminating the world around you.
And so you take the next few moments to experience this illumination,
The sweet silent light,
The sweet supreme connection with the one and being an instrument of such peace.
Now,
Hold this very very tight.
As if you too have become an ocean of love,
A child of the supreme ocean of love.
It's endless,
Infinite.
No end.
And anything still left,
Anything at all,
Any remnants of anything other than your highest state.
With the power of your intention,
You just let that one purify,
Cleanse,
Renew,
Heal.
Then you become aware that this is a practice that you can return to every day.
And more and more of,
You could say,
The mud of a world that has forgotten,
A world that's been in darkness,
A forgetfulness within the self is cleansed away.
And your natural light that is already a shining golden light is able to shine,
To be seen,
To purify.
A resounding calling of Aum Shanti.
I the soul am peaceful.
Aum Shanti.
I the soul,
The being,
The pure light,
Am blissful.
And you continue to stay in this silence and this light in this beautiful bath or shower of purity.
You just enjoy staying as long as you'd like and returning to this place as often as you like.
To fully let go,
To fully remember what it feels like to be so light and to be in this loving connection with the One.
