This prayer and visualization and healing is for when you feel really discouraged,
Really down.
In my practice,
There are so many people who are in child custody cases,
Situations,
Where they have to say goodbye to their children every single week or every few days.
And then they worry,
You know,
And they grieve that their children are living another life that is nothing like how they would raise them.
It's nothing like what they would ask for their child or what they had hoped to create for them in this lifetime.
And then those same adults have to be creative,
Have to be smart,
Have to be on,
Have to lead companies,
Have to get on planes,
Have to show their face to the world,
Have to be successful.
But meanwhile,
Their heart is hurting.
They're grieving.
So the first thing I want to do is comfort the parent,
But then I want us to pray for the kids.
So breathe to get the energy flowing through the body.
Let your body become loose.
Let that spine sway.
I'm sitting up straight and I'm allowing the left side of my body to move,
My shoulder,
My left shoulder.
I'm getting out of the way.
We lift this up.
Imagine you're just going to gather all of the pain,
All of the sorrow,
And you're going to fill a big basket.
You're going to take that basket and you're just going to set it in the water and you're going to let it go on downstream.
We give this away.
We can't carry this.
We can't go through this whole life feeling this sadness and this grief.
We can't become these depressed parents.
The goal is to be connected to God no matter what happens to you in this lifetime and no matter what happens to your children.
The goal is to always be like this river of God's light,
To have this flow of yellow white light moving through you.
And there are all these tests every day,
Every year.
There's something that can disconnect us.
It's like cutting off our oxygen supply.
We ask that all of this pain that's in the way,
All of this heaviness,
Sorrow is lifted from us.
We give it away.
We lift it up.
We ask this feeling of being alone without our children on our own,
Unable to fight the system,
The court system,
The X,
This feeling of helplessness and hopelessness.
We lift this up.
We let it go.
We ask that this feeling is taken from us.
We ask that all of the tears from the heartache are moved from us.
We ask them to flow right on out through the river and out of our bodies so that we can be loved for our children when they're around us so that they don't feel our sorrow,
Our pain,
Our stress.
I'm not saying to hide that from your kids when you feel it,
But I am saying show them how to move it through easily and quickly and let it go.
It's good for us to rage and cry and pray in front of our children so that they can see us let it go.
They can see us then just sit up straight,
Smile,
Say,
Okay,
I feel better now.
It's good for us to show them how to return to God,
To the light again and again and again after long,
Hard days,
After we're all worn down,
Run over,
Beaten down.
It's good to show our children how to pump ourselves back up again.
And I don't mean fake it either.
We call in the light.
We bring it in,
Pour it into us,
Fill us through our faces,
Our throats,
Our chest,
Pour it in.
We call on the angels,
Gather,
Please gather,
Gather around our children,
Scoop them up in your arms,
Take care of our children for us when they're not with us.
We call on the angels,
We ask them to form a circle around our children.
We ask them to help them feel joy,
Help them to feel cared for when they're not with us,
Feel loved,
Adored by the angelic realm.
We ask those angels to work over time and just be right there with our kids.
We trust,
We trust all of these beings of light,
We trust them with our children.
They're safer with the whole pack of angels than they are with us.
We ask that we too are channeling pure light.
Just like the angels are,
We ask that we too are like guides for our kids.
We ask that the light is pouring through us and with our emotional releases and our reconnecting to the light,
We teach them how to do it.
We show them how when we're exhausted and we feel like breaking down and crying,
How we let it go and how we reconnect,
How we call on the angels again and again and again,
Every day.
We ask that we're lifted up,
Our vibration is raised.
Fill us with a life force.
Fill us with fun for our kids.
Fill us with a lightness of being so that we can guide them,
Lead them so that we aren't just heavy rocks in their lives,
Stressed out people in their lives.
Lift us up.
Open up our wings and our upper back.
Bring that smile to our faces.
Turn on our light.
Help us to be fun and silly.
Help us to be playful and happy.
And again,
I don't mean to fake it.
They can feel it.
The kids can feel it.
You can't fake it.
They know they pick up on it.
We release this stress right in front of our kids.
We turn off those burners on the stove and we just stop and look at the kids and say,
I'm so stressed out.
Come on,
Let's go outside.
We go outside and we lie in the grass and we pray out loud and we cry and we let go of it all.
Then we take a deep breath and we smile and we go back in and turn the burners on,
Continue cooking.
And your kids just learn the biggest lessons of their whole lives.
How to handle life,
How to connect to the light,
How to get the heavy emotions out of their bodies.
That's all they need to know.
So don't hide it from them.
If you fake it,
That everything's fine,
They have no clue what to do.
They have no idea how to make their way through this life.
Show them,
Teach them,
Be real,
Be authentic.
Express yourself.
Go to God.
We don't want humans to fix it for us.
We don't need to rant and rave about what everybody did to us and how it needs to be righted,
All the wrongs righted.
We just need to breathe.
Get that light flowing.
Release it many,
Many times a day if need be.
Pull that light back down through us again.
Receive it.
Out in the light.
Relax our shoulders.
Get back in that flow.
And win.
Winning doesn't mean we win over other people.
We don't let other people hurt us.
Win means when they hurt us,
When they dominate us,
When they wreck our lives,
When they do things that are outrageous to us.
We win because we're able to release it from our bodies.
Feel God's light pouring through us again,
Calling our angels to comfort us,
Laugh and cry and sing.
We win because no one can take our light from us.
No one can take away our connection to the magic,
To the night sky,
To the universe,
To peace.
They can block it temporarily and the name of the game is how quickly can you throw it right back out of your body?
How quickly can you regain your connection,
Plug back in?
Do it immediately.
Do it in front of people.
Stop everything.
Reconnect.
Don't let anybody separate you from Source.
We ask that this energy of Source fills our children with peace no matter what they might be feeling in their other home or away from us.
If they feel lonely or afraid,
If they feel isolated,
Separated from us,
We ask that Source peace,
The night sky fills them.
They can feel God wherever they are.
We send God's light to them.
We surround them with God's light.
They are safe in God's light.
They are home in God's light.
They are loved in God's light.
Thanks be to God.
Thanks be to the light.
God bless.

I love the part about just turning the burners off and going in the yard, screaming, crying whatever to get the energy out. Then coming back in with a whole new focus. It resonated and I am going to do this!

This is really great! And, incidentally, itβs a wonderful meditation if your kids are grown- and going through life stuff. ππ
