Sit in a comfortable seat with your body posture in a position of strength and openness.

Place your hands in your lap.

Breathe in deeply filling your diaphragm with new,

Refreshing air and slowly exhale out your mouth.

Consciously bring all aspects of yourself into this space.

As you breathe deeply,

Listen to the following words and direct them towards your inner guide.

Dear Inner Guide,

My intention is to connect with my three core values.

Breathe deeply now and allow your awareness to scan your body.

If you find any areas of tension,

Breathe deeply into those areas and allow them to relax.

Feel the expansion that comes with relaxation.

Appreciate this feeling of growth,

This light,

Effortless blossoming.

Allow this connection between you,

Your breath,

Your body and your mind to continuously evolve into a deeper and broader expansion.

Now drop deeper into your heart by placing your hand there now.

Ask your heart,

Your true self for your first core value.

Say I ask for more of this value in my life.

Please guide me to experiencing more of this value in my life daily.

And listen.

Now ask for the second core value,

Holding it in your heart.

Bring your awareness to how you feel when you are in alignment with this value.

Now ask for your third core value.

Notice what your heart is giving to you now and take this value into your heart and mind.

Feel yourself taking on this quality as it expands throughout your body.

Commit to your true self to embody these virtues every day.

Feel strength and energy flowing through your body in alignment with your values.

Notice how you feel now in true alignment with all aspects of yourself.

When you feel you've fallen out of alignment,

Come back to this place and ground yourself in your values.

You can do this as often as you need and eventually you will be effortlessly living in alignment.

You can enjoy the space you've created for as long as you like and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
