
Dealing With Anxiety
During this meditation we will dive in deep into the world of fear, stress, heavy feelings and sadness. These feelings are a part of life and nothing to be ashamed of. I will guide you through these feelings and reach a point of calmness and peace within yourself.

So,
Please choose your favorite meditation position and take a moment to settle,
To make yourself comfortable,
And take a moment to land,
To let your awareness go from your thinking,
Your mind,
Towards your body.
And then,
Become aware how you are feeling at this moment.
And whatever arises,
Please don't judge.
I hope you have the power,
The confidence,
The strength to observe it within yourself.
And I'm saying this because the topic is today anxiety,
Negative feelings,
Something which we all go through,
We all face.
And you can face it in multiple manners,
You can be constantly in your head,
In your mind,
Thinking and thinking,
Which can be heavy.
And at the same time,
If you bring your awareness towards your body,
You can also sense it,
Feel the heaviness,
The heavy emotions.
And that can also be hard to deal with,
But that's a different kind of pain or burden you may face.
And of course,
There's also the combination.
So,
Just observing is already a big step to stay calm and to allow whatever arises right now.
And if it's really heavy,
Just please follow my voice.

And let's start with taking a few deep breaths.
So,
Breathe in deeply.
And let go again.

And let go again.
And perhaps just these few deep breaths already can make a slight difference in how you feel.
Perhaps you feel a little bit lighter.
And then bring your awareness towards your crown,
The top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
I mean.
And just sense the top of your head.
Can you feel anything?
Pulsation,
Sensation,
Pressure?
Or perhaps you don't feel anything,
Which is also perfectly fine.
Don't worry.
Then bring your awareness towards your face.
Relax your forehead.
Spend a moment around the place of your third eye chakra in the middle of your forehead.
Just sensing nothing else.
And then also relax your jaw and also relax your tongue.
Also observe your throat chakra,
The area around your throat and neck.
Sense your neck and shoulders.
Then go to your heart center in the middle of your chest.
Then go a little bit lower towards your solar plexus,
The chakra above your belly button.
And then move a little bit lower,
Deep down in your belly and find your second chakra,
The sacral chakra,
Deep down inside your belly.
And then become aware of your root chakra at the bottom of your spine.
And then when you breathe in on the next breath,
Bring your awareness alongside your spine up.
Go towards your crown chakra.
And when you breathe out,
Go down from your crown in one straight line towards your root chakra.
When you breathe in,
Go up again.
And when you breathe out,
Go down again towards your root chakra.
Breathe in,
Go up.
Breathe out,
Go down.
Breathe in,
Go up.
Breathe out,
Go down.
Breathe in,
Go up.
Breathe out,
Go down.
Breathe in,
Go up.
Breathe out,
Go down.
And now bring your awareness towards your heart center.
Just keep your attention there and just breathe.
Like you're breathing through your heart,
Opening your heart.
What we are doing now is actually becoming aware of our energetic body.
Perhaps you already sense that something is changing around you or within you.
And if you know how to do it,
Please invite your spirit guides or spirit guides.
Those are light beings which are always with you in this lifetime.
And if you have never done this before,
All you have to do is say within yourself,
Will you,
My spirit guide or spirit guides,
Accompany me during this meditation today?
And just wait for a moment and just sense what is happening.
And that's it.
So I'm also going to do it for myself.
So just,
Again,
Invite your spirit guides and just sense,
Don't think.
And it's possible that you felt something,
That you heard something,
That you sensed something.
It's all possible.
And again,
It's also possible that nothing specific happens to you,
But please know your spirit guide or guides are present right now.
And we're asking them to protect us and to guide us during this meditation where we will deal with anxiety,
With heavy feelings.
And I'm also going to invite the archangels.
These are very powerful light beings.
I honestly really don't know what their contribution is,
But I do know that if we invite them,
That the meditation experience is much more powerful and more healing.
So just trust me and also follow me again.
So from the east side,
We invite archangel Raphael.
And also we invite the element air.
And just think of the symbol of the pharmacies,
The caduceus.
Just think of that symbol.
And this is how we invite this powerful light being from the east side.
And emerald green energy is entering our fields.
And then we are going towards the south side.
And there we invite archangel Michael.
And this archangel carries a sword and just visualize that we are being protected from all sides with the sword.
And we're also protected by the element fire from the south and with blue energy.
So all these colors,
These energies are coming to our field,
To our center.
And then we move towards the west and we invite archangel Gabriel.
And this angel is carrying a silver chalice,
A beautiful cup.
And it's providing us with diamond white energy from the west side and also the element water.
And then we turn our focus towards the north.
And there we invite archangel Uriel.
And this light being carries a five-pointed star and provides us with ruby red energy.
And also we're protected by the element earth.
So now on the horizontal plane,
We are not only protected but also supported by these strong energies.
And then we bring our palms up,
Facing up.
And we invite the great spirits,
Our ancestors.
And archangel Metatron,
This light being,
Is the leader of all the archangels.
And this one brings the Christ grid down.
It's a kind of geometric figure which comes down from above.
It enters our crown chakra,
Third eye,
Throat,
And also comes together with the other energies within our hearts.
And also,
Yeah,
We're protected from above.
And then we turn our palms,
Facing down.
Below,
There is Pachamama,
Mother Earth.
And we invite the energy of Mother Earth through archangel Sandophan.
And the energy is entering the soles of our feet,
Our root chakra,
And also the palms of our hands again.
And this beautiful energy goes up also towards our heart center.
And there all the energies come together in a kind of vortex.
And perhaps you can sense it,
Perhaps only those who are more experienced.
But there is another change now.
Something else is changing.
You're maybe feeling a little bit lighter,
More concentrated,
A deeper focus inwards.
Just feel,
Observe what is happening to you.
And then,
At this moment,
You're also not alone.
We can connect with each other.
So all you need to do is send some energy from your heart and send it to everybody else who is meditating right now.
So let's make again this beautiful,
Not network,
But light work.
That's how you can describe it.
And perhaps you also are provided with an image.
And now go back to yourself and sense your body.
And perhaps it's not so easy anymore to sense your own physical body,
But perhaps you can sense your energetic body.
Perhaps you already feel somewhat lighter.
And feeling depressed or having anxiety is something which happens to you,
Which you usually do not always have control over.
Otherwise you would easily put an end to it.
But by making these steps,
Which we just did,
Perhaps you do feel some distance now from these heavy feelings.
Perhaps you do sense that you are part of something bigger,
That you are connected to other beings through cords,
Through connections,
Through energy and actually love.
So go now to your heart.
Breathe through your heart.
Open your heart a little bit more.
And perhaps you have closed your heart for whatever reason to protect yourself,
To survive the situation.
But I'm asking you to open your heart a little bit.
And then bring your awareness even higher.
You go from your heart up to your throat.
Higher towards your brains in the middle of your head.
And then you go towards your third eye.
And then you go up towards your crown chakra.
And from there you also go up around 30 centimeters to your soul star chakra,
Up in the air.
The first chakra outside your body.
Just go there with your attention.
And then even go higher towards the next one.
And go higher towards the next chakra.
And go even higher towards the next chakra.
And go higher and higher.
And even higher and higher and higher.
And go higher and higher and higher.
And higher and higher.
And now if you look down you are watching yourself meditating.
And go higher and higher and higher.
And before you know it you can see the earth below.
And you are surrounded by the stars,
By the other planets.
And it's just you in the universe,
You surrounded by cosmic energy,
Surrounded in this cosmic world.
And you're absolutely not alone.
You are here together with other souls.
You are here together with other souls.
Your soul is a part of everyone else's soul.
We are all interconnected.
And you can even go higher and higher and higher.
And maybe you feel different.
Maybe you can't feel your body anymore.
Just observe and feel and sense.
And please know that this existence is always there.
And anxiety,
Heavy feelings are there for a reason.
And perhaps the reason will unfold right now to you.
Perhaps you already know it deep down what is the hidden message.
Which obstacle do you need to overcome?
What do you need to learn?
And it's also possible to ask this right now.
Ask the light beings,
Ask the angels,
Ask your spirit guide or guides.
What is it that I need to learn here?
And just sense,
Just listen,
Just feel.
You are really close to the Source now.
And you are really close to the Source now.
And whether you believe it or not,
You came to this world with a mission or on a mission.
To learn certain things,
To face certain difficulties,
To learn lessons.
And sometimes these lessons are not so clear.
But right now you are in a very high frequency.
You are very close to the energy of love.
And let this powerful energy enter your cells.
Let it help you grow.
Rise above your fears.
Let it help you grow.
Rise above this difficult time.
Let it support you.
Let this powerful soul light enter your body,

So that you can see beyond this difficult phase.
And also know that you always have a choice.

The power to say no to something.
And sometimes setting or giving your limits is the most difficult thing to do in your life.
And perhaps this is the most difficult lesson you have to learn.

And let it give you some powerful insights.
And perhaps all you need is just one clue.
One little advice.
One tip.
This little piece of advice might break this negative spiral.
Might open something up for you.
Provide you with a little piece of advice.
Open something up for you.
Provide you with some perspective.
An opening.
And sometimes it is just something very small.
An escape.
A way out.
And hold on to that.
And you know what?
It is through these hardships that you are growing also into a more beautiful soul.
A more beautiful human being.
If you know the hardship of life.
If you know pain.
If you know sorrow.
If you know death.
If you know fear.
You are a much nicer,
More understanding human being.
You can connect much better with other human beings.
Don't judge.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
You are growing into a better human being.
And yes,
You go through pain.
You go through these hardships.
Through hardship.
But it is part of life.
Everybody has to learn his,
Her,
Them,
They,
Their own lessons.
So don't be so hard on yourself.
But instead be proud.
Don't ignore it.
Don't say it is a waste of your time.
Don't be so judging.
You are now looking after yourself.
You are processing something.
You are transforming.
You are taking time to feel,
To listen to yourself.
And that is so beautiful and so good.
And this is what everybody actually needs.
To be alone.
To feel.
To learn.
To grow.
To process.
There is no shortcut.
There is no life without this.
You are perfectly normal.
And you are even very powerful.
You can be proud of yourself.
That you are dealing with your own pain.
And that you can rely on yourself to get up again.
That you are not emotionally dependent on somebody else.
That you know after falling down how to get up again.
And be an inspiration to others.
To your family.
To your children.
To your parents.
To your colleagues.
To your friends.
And yes,
It is not easy.
And it is okay to feel now.
To cry.
To let it out.
But most important,
To see what you can learn.
To see what you can learn from this.
So underneath the surface,
There is a reason.
Something you have to learn in this life.
And just process all of this.
You are perfectly normal.
There is nothing wrong with you.
It is just a part of life to feel like this sometimes.
And perhaps you sense that the energy is becoming a little less powerful within you,
Around you.
And slowly,
Slowly also come back again to planet Earth.
To your body.
Become aware of your physical body again.
Perhaps you need some more time to really slowly,
Slowly come back.
So also please take your time.
Perhaps you start to feel your physical body again.
Maybe you can move your fingers,
Your toes.

Wat een timing…om beginnen met deze meditatie in dit nieuwe jaar. Dank voor je begeleiding Anne. Mijn waarneming en het antwoord op hoe ik mijn voelde was “opgeblazen” Was ook niet vreemd met deze laatste dagen.van het jaar.. Gelukkig mocht ik van boven naar mijzelf kijken en ontving een geweldig inzicht. Wat ik zeker te leren heb…”voed je lichaam en geest alleen met wat je nodig hebt” … zo simpel. zuiver & puur. Het veroorzaakt dus ook onnodige spanning & druk/stress. Erg blij mee. Later kwam nog een ander gevoel/ antwoord- namelijk “opdringerigheid” ook heb ik wat te leren,vanuit het zelfde antwoord..voed de anderen alleen wat ze nodig hebben.. (niet eenvoudig) om vast te stellen/ essentie is goed) Op het eind van de sessie voelde ik dat “liefde” als energie altijd het fundament is. Dank Anne voor het mooie begin van dit nieuwe meditatie jaar. Namasté ❤️groet Henk 💠
