A Full Moon Meditation Exploring Your Dreams

This is a different kind of Full Moon meditation. One where you can more easily recognize and acknowledge what you do and do not need, what moves you and who and what inspires you. In many meditations we focus on the negative elements in our lives, our struggles, our trauma and how we can learn and grow from this. In this meditation I welcome you to go to your heart and feel your desires, dreams that growth through joy and positive thinking is also possible.

I hope you're all finding your favorite meditation position and Yeah,

Either lying down or sitting down And Take some moments some time to adjust yourself so that you're completely comfortable.

I Welcome you all and let's take a moment to land And it doesn't matter wherever you are We can all connect And Maybe you would like to bring your palms first for a moment in the Prayer mudra in front of your heart.

So the palms against each other And take a few deep breaths so breathe in deeply And Let's go again One more time take another deep breath in And let's go again One more time take another deep breath in And let's go again And For a moment just feel your body sense what is happening within you around you And You are completely welcome as you are at this moment Whatever you are facing,

However,

You are feeling you are more than welcome to join And if you like,

Please send some of your love Some of your energy to all the people who are meditating right now Let's create a kind of energetic fields And help each other And of course you may also receive at this moment And then let's take a moment To be grateful And I would like you to be grateful for Some positive things which have happened to you in 2024 so take a moment to think about this And sometimes our mind will go to the not-so-nice things the negative things because usually those things are Easier to remember but we're going to program ourselves in the opposite direction now So think of the positive things which happened to you in 2024 and just Share them with yourself And I hope You were able to pick out a few positive things which happened to you in 2024 Or in the previous year And then you may Rest your hands again And relax and Let's continue and Being grateful is another method to raise your frequency and this is what we want to do during this meditation and There are so many energies which can serve us and of course The main energy of this evening is the energy of the full moon And Take a moment to think of the full moon And its energy and perhaps you can also sense this just by sitting or by lying down right now and Open yourself up to embrace this energy And if you want you can use your breath so breathe in Take this energy towards your crown chakra Bring it all the way down to your heart and let's go again And let's go of the things you no longer needs and then breathe in again take some of this energy inside and Let's go again And also see the energy as a kind of shower going around your body around your auric fields and Let this energy dissolve cut off some of the connections other people have made with you to tap into your energy,

So Take it in and see yourself again as a Person as a light being Inside this big egg shell around your body,

Which is completely intact There are no holes nobody is tapping into your energy of course there will be connections But those are the connections you want And Then that also let's call in the help of the archangels,

And I'm going to do it Quickly today.

We're going to call in Archangel Raphael from the east side just think of the caduceus the symbol of the pharmacies and this one brings green energy towards our fields and From the south side we invite archangel Michael and this light being provides us with blue energy and gives us a blessing with its swords all around our body And from the west side we invite archangel Gabriel and this light being carries a silver chalice and provides us with Diamond white energy from the west sides and from the north side we invite Archangel Uriel and this light being provides us with ruby red energy And this light being carries a five-pointed star And now we're protected from all the directions of the winds on the horizontal plane Then from above we invite the energy of the great spirits Our ancestors and perhaps other powerful light beings And also archangel Metatron and The Christ grids a kind of geometrical figure comes down from above and Also protects us from above And then from below we invite the energy of Mother Earth And also the protection from archangel Sandalphon And all these energies come together in our hearts And The next vision I'm seeing is that From our heart.

We also make a direct connection with each other.

So with all the people Who are meditating right now,

So we're also Establishing or creating our own geometrical figure Which goes all around the planets And Perhaps you would also like to invite your own spirit guides Your helpers your guardians also the guardians from your Akashic fields So just take a moment to do this for yourself and I will also do it for myself and for this group Now We have called in the help of many energies And perhaps you already start to sense some differences,

Of course receive again And in our hearts there is grief there is sorrow there is pain There is a lack of trust in certain people Or we hold grudges to certain people or we can't forgive certain people But you know what that is also really 3d thinking that's old fashions And yes,

I'm also hurt by people I've also faced a lot of things in life just like you but I really realized if we're really wanting this Higher frequency if we want to live like this And if we believe we are all one Then even the persons who are doing the most pain they're also part of us we're part of them And if we really want to grow we should stop holding grudges Keep being negative to or about certain people or hate certain people or ignore certain people Because it's only costing ourselves energy.

Can you see it like that?

It's not necessary Let them live let them do their thing you don't have to see them you don't have to connect with them But also don't think bad of them anymore Live your life freely.

It's a waste of your energy So open your heart And perhaps you want to send these people who have hurt you send them some love And let's turn it around and now make some happy moments some happy times And learn from that And let the negativity All these things which are attached to you just let go If you are able to do this even for five percent today your frequency is already growing again you're going fast Your light will be even more strong you can shine You can be happy And It sounds crazy but some of the pain Which we have endured in this life the suffering which we experienced our souls We have chosen for these experiences But let's now program ourselves in a different way to program ourselves positive Let that be our future To Help people to help heal people to listen to people to play with people But share your love Open up your heart And feel the love And the next chakra is our throat our throat chakra and it's all about expressing yourself Don't keep yourself small and start communicating your wishes your desires your dreams Start living your life You're worth it Express yourself in different ways Go live in this flow And then the next chakra our third eye chakra Bring your awareness there And if you enter this magical fifth dimension You will be living through this third eye with using your sixth sense And you will be guided by this chakra Perhaps even more than all the others Just focus on this chakra right now And also connect With all the other beings the light beings around us And all the people who are meditating right now You are connected In other galaxies In other planets In special energetic councils of light beings You don't know how big your connections are how wide How you are programmed Fueled charged energized And how much more You can sort of live Your life in a magical way By knowing what people think By knowing what people feel And i'm very sure some more information Will come to you once this chakra also is more fully activated Can you feel it I take this powerful full moon energy inside I bring it to all the chakras to all your light bodies Your frequency is rising and rising and rising It's such a powerful healing energy right now It's really transcending your ego Just enjoy the flow enjoy it The only thing which matters is right now And feel your greatness feel your light And shine your light it's time now And then we go to the crown chakra And perhaps you can feel the downloads coming in You are really not a victim of your circumstances But the co-creator of your own experience Really start to see your life like this You can create the life you desire And let the energy from the moon Enter your crown chakra and let it go down your spine All the way to your root chakra actually all the way to mother earth And then it goes back up From mother earth from your root chakra alongside your spine To your crown chakra And the next chakra the soul star chakra a few centimeters or inches above your head And the other chakras Above your head And then it goes back down to the crown chakra You are the creator of your own life believe in your success believe in your dreams Be proud of yourself accept yourself Are you ready to go to the next level to make the next step in your life To go beyond your ego Do you really understand the power the importance of harmony and balance That's where the key lies We are all interconnected So all the good things of 2024 How can they keep going in 2025 for you So this energy is all about healing Rejuvenation Wisdom And rebirth This is the age of aquarius and we're slowly Turning into that age with its frequency with its energy The light of the full moon And Hopefully has given you some positive insights today and to give you a clear positive direction And let the healing energies do their work again for you And slowly the energies will become a little bit less And i'm going to say thanks to all the light beings who guided us today who protected us and helped us Really truly believe in ourselves So,
