Anne creates original guided meditations for deep relaxation. She also holds 8 week sessions (1 hour each week for 8 weeks) designed for those who are new to mindfulness. Her intentions for this work are to help people learn from their unique mind body experience so they can live with greater ease & confidence during transformational times. Anne has graduate degrees, licenses, certificates, & decades of experience in consulting (HR/OD), acupuncture herbal medicine (AHM), & mindfulness practices.
