Hello,

Hello and welcome to another intuitive book reading.

I am your guide Anna and if you have not experienced one of my readings before I am so happy to have you here and If you are returning,

Thank you so much.

I hope that you have Connected to and resonated with a practice and it means so much to me that you are wanting to go deeper so I always open with a little bit of Explanation as to what this practice is as well as how you can use it and how it may speak to you today And it is a practice that was shared with me several years ago that I have developed and expanded and begun to share with others and it's a way of receiving whatever message that we most need of of connecting to our own truths of Maybe gaining perspective or seeing things that are already in front of us.

It could be confirmation that's trying to come through that we're already on the right path and It is using books to facilitate those messages trusting that they there are always Tools available to us.

There's always guidance available to us if we just know how to open our minds and our hearts and allow them to come through and so I Always invite you to set your space whatever that means for you if you would like to light a candle Play some soft music Maybe like me you're cuddled up with your pet I've got my dog here with me who I always love when she is nice and calm and laying next to me in such a soothing presence It's rare.

She's a puppy.

So But whatever that looks like for you,

Whatever you're able to do to be fully present for the next 15 to 20 minutes and Trust that you don't have to have a perfect environment or setting in order to get the most out of this practice But if that's what feels right for you please feel free to pause the audio and do what you need to do to be really present and allow yourself to experience this fully and so with that I would love to start us off with a short meditation to connect our hearts and our minds So feel free to get nice and comfortable wherever you are Maybe you're sitting down or lying down.

You could even be out for a walk.

Maybe you're in your car Wherever you are just allow yourself to notice your environment as long as you're not walking or driving Feel free to close your eyes gently if that feels right for you and as one We'll bring our attention to our breath trusting your breath to settle wherever It's needed most in your body trusting your breath to bring awareness to whichever sensation you're feeling most strongly right now whether it's smell feeling of the clothes and your skin the surface below you Maybe it's a taste or a sound and maybe just giving a quick.

Thank you For this moment for the ability to be present to be together to receive to be alive And I always invite you to set an intention for this practice.

It could be a question that You're really hoping to receive the answer to maybe there's a challenge in your life right now that you're wanting guidance around Maybe it's as simple as Asking to receive whatever it is.

You need most even if you don't know what that is Please feel free to take a moment here to set that intention for this practice and with these last few breaths We will also set the intention to connect our hearts and our minds our bodies to Our highest self to each other and to the world as well as to the books that we've been guided to today To the authors that have written the messages within them being grateful To receive whatever it is that led us here today Whenever you feel ready if your eyes are closed You can feel free to blink them back open or feel free to keep them closed for the remainder of this practice if that feels good to you and with each intuitive book reading it encompasses Three different books that have called to me that there's something within these pages that is wanting to be shared today and I Simply allow the book to fall open to a random page and wherever my eyes land is where I begin to read until I feel Called to stop and I will leave space after each reading So you can sit and allow the message to integrate and reflect on what is coming through if anything Please do not feel pressured to make it mean something if it doesn't resonate right away.

That is quite alright and At the end I will share my reflections of each of the readings as well as any common themes or threads that I'm pulling that any if there is a strong message that is feeling as though it's wanting to be shared Today,

I will I will share that with you and Just letting the practice be what it is It's not meant to be taken too seriously and it is a practice so it is not something You know that is going to be the be-all end-all and if it doesn't resonate that's okay But maybe you will hear something today that gives a little bit of perspective or allows you to Go deeper with what you've already been working on or points you in a new direction.

So Whatever it is meant for you today will show up.

I promise that and if it doesn't show up now it will likely Within the next few days or weeks So staying open to that and with that I will begin with our first book Which today is how to know god the soul's journey into the mystery of mysteries by d Deepak Chopra it hardly seems possible that this non-violent deep Deepak Chopra it hardly seems possible that this non-violent deity emerged from stage two and he didn't Stage three transcends the willful demanding god that once prevailed just as the new brain transcends the old Only by discovering that peace lies within does the devotee find a place that divine vengeance and retribution cannot touch In essence the mind is turning inward to experience itself This forms the basis of contemplation and meditation in every tradition And with that I will leave a moment of space For you to reflect and see if anything's coming through and the next reading will come from the four agreements by don miguel ruiz One little piece of misinformation can break down communication between people causing every person It touches to become infected and contagious to others Imagine that every single time others gossip to you They insert a computer virus into your mind causing you to think a little less clearly every time Then imagine that in an effort to clean up your own confusion and get some relief from the poison You gossip and spread these viruses to someone else Now imagine this pattern going on in a never-ending chain between all the humans on earth The result is a world full of humans who can only read information through circuits that are clogged with a poisonous contagious virus Once again,

This poisonous virus is what the toll text called the metota The chaos of a thousand different voices all trying to talk at once in the mind even worse are the black magicians or computer hackers who intentionally spread the virus Think back to a time when you or someone,

You know was angry with someone else and desired revenge In order to seek revenge you said something to or about that person With the intention of spreading poison and making that person feel bad about him or herself As children we do this quite thoughtlessly But as we grow older we become much more calculated in our efforts to bring other people down Then we lie to ourselves and say that person received a just punishment for their actions And that person received a just punishment for their wrongdoing When we see the world through a computer virus,

It is easy to justify the cruelest behavior What we don't see is that misuse of our word is putting us deeper into hell And once again,

I'll leave some space here for you to notice if anything is coming up and the last reading today Comes from the buddha walks into a bar a guide to life for a new generation By lodro rinsler the way to experience nowness is to realize that this very moment This very point in your life is always the occasion So the consideration of where you are and what you are on the spot is very important That is one reason that your family situation your domestic everyday life is so important You should regard your home as sacred as a golden opportunity to experience nowness appreciating sacredness begins very simply by taking an interest in all the details of your life And i'll leave one more moment of space here for you to reflect And i'm feeling called to share a few things one of them is that there's a Sometimes when I do these readings there's a feeling of such flow of this Kind of golden thread that seamlessly ties all the messages together And what i'm receiving now is more of a jaggedness of trying to make pieces fit together that may not seem like they're supposed to fit of this almost forcing and with the first reading You know,

Sometimes when you open a book to a random page and it seems as though oh I needed to hear what came before that to really understand the message But there's usually a little nugget in there that you can pick through without needing any context and for me you know that Sentenced in essence the mind is turning inward to experience itself And that feels like the thread that definitely Merges the three of these readings that You know,

We are we're reflecting we're reflecting we are shedding parts of ourselves that we have Maybe presented to the outside world,

But also not letting external circumstances Dictate our thoughts our feelings our actions that When we allow the mind to turn inwards and notice What has already been going on there?

It may feel like that second reading like that computer virus and there may be chaos within there may be fear of destruction of a feeling of malice Or something malignant something that is trying to destroy us Especially when we allow others To dictate those thoughts when we partake in things that don't feel truthful to who we are that are not aligned with kindness and compassion and love and Maybe it's because we want to feel included or because we want to Know that others feel as terrible as we do Because when we go inward it can be scary It can be scary.

It can feel as though we don't have The knowledge or the experience or the tools To make sense of what we're finding Or even to survive what is coming up,

Especially if it's something that has been buried for a long time and that Hacking of the system of feeling as though maybe somebody else is writing the script That we don't have control over the thoughts that are coming through or the stories that have been told And it may feel easier to partake in that gossip or that narrative that is Not born from a place of truth and authenticity but makes us feel less alone because Because when we start to reflect on the mind and the state of our heart It can be very isolating It can feel as though Nobody could possibly understand What we're experiencing That nobody else could possibly be experiencing Experiencing what we are or to the level of intensity that we are and that desperate need of belonging of being seen of Knowing how many times we might feel as though from the outside.

We look like we're okay but on the inside our entire programming feels as though it is Falling apart and we need others to see that to see our desperation And to help us because we don't know how to help ourselves.

And I think that the last reading is pointing us Into how to start to make sense of this and how to start to accept that Turbulent situation that chaos to breathe into it to lean into it And it is by noticing the small details of everyday life of seeing Where things are sacred that we may have overlooked that maybe it is We could be dealing with massive massive overwhelming themes and Situations whether it's in our present day life or something from our past or a fear of something that may happen in the future And it's really easy to continue to focus on those a need to problem solve and feel as though we're constantly in survival mode and yet it's in that noticing of the small moments of beauty of kindness of stillness,

Maybe it's by going out in nature and seeing the stability and the strength of our environment that holds us maybe it is by noticing that small kindness of a stranger that opens the door for us or that smiles at us in the street Maybe it's by feeling the love of those that are in our lives That maybe we take for granted Or we don't notice Or we don't believe that they actually love and support us and even as I mentioned in the beginning Having a pet near you that you can cuddle or speak to Or just know that you're not truly alone.

All of these small things are the antidote to the computer virus and We're not meant to overhaul everything All at once sometimes it takes rebooting the system Sometimes it takes calling in a professional for help.

Sometimes it takes patience and trust that if we Simply stop tinkering or stop trying to force it that the situation may actually resolve itself Or that maybe it wasn't even broken to begin with and hopefully by breathing into that discomfort And by noticing that we are always supported We are always being sent love and light even if we don't Feel it or don't know it or don't believe it It's simply happening.

I I know that i'm sending it to you I know I felt it when I allow myself to open up in my darkest times and It can just be a a mere glimmer.

It can be a second a passing But just knowing it's there and knowing that there's a foundation to build upon Can maybe help us stop trying to force those pieces to fit to Stop fearing that jaggedness that chaos And trusting that there is flow that there is gentleness And that all of our pieces already fit together We may be still working on the puzzle But eventually we will figure it out And we have our entire lives to do so.

So taking that pressure off of ourselves to do it in a certain time Or in a certain way Or all by ourself whatever you're needing today to be able to trust the everyday miracles in your life the abundance And the joy that is waiting to be discovered and I think that that is Another pressure we put on ourselves that we need to create joy for ourselves And it feels as though we don't know where to start or that it's too dark and we can't possibly even think about Experiencing that level of positive emotion and light and what if we thought of joy as something to be discovered?

Something that you had to actually go out and seek That you had to look for that.

Maybe you had to look for something that you could find That you had to look for that.

Maybe you had to turn a few things over And see if it's hidden in places that you haven't otherwise looked Or maybe it's been right under your nose the entire time But you've been looking for the big grand gesture and in reality it showed up in a consistent Subtle form each and every day Just saying I will keep showing up and I will be right here until you're ready to receive me and With that I hope that one of these readings or the reflection That I felt called to share may have resonated for you today I hope that you feel able to trust yourself to continue on this journey Whether you're just getting started Or you've been walking this path for many many years.

There's always More to discover.

There are always more layers to peel back And trusting that you are not doing it alone.
