Welcome to this meditation on setting boundaries with calm and clarity.

My name is Anna Kamor.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

You might be sitting up or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest easy.

Gently close your eyes or relax your gaze.

Now take a slow deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in slowly and release.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

For the next few minutes,

Give yourself permission to simply be here.

Today we reflect on boundaries.

Boundaries are not walls that push people away.

They are gentle lines that protect what matters to you.

They protect your health,

Your well-being,

Your time,

And your energy.

Imagine a soft circle of light around you.

This circle represents your personal space and your emotional space and your time and attention.

Inside this circle are the things that truly matter to you,

Your peace,

Your values,

And your priorities.

Take a moment to simply notice this space around you.

It is calm.

It is steady.

And it belongs to you.

Setting boundaries is an act of respect,

Both for yourself and for others.

When you honor your limits,

You allow yourself to show up more fully in your life because you are consciously choosing to be there.

Not because you have to,

But because it matters to you.

Now silently repeat to yourself,

My time is valuable.

My energy deserves care.

It is healthy for me to set boundaries.

Notice how it feels in your body to acknowledge these truths.

Perhaps there is a sense of relief,

Or even quiet inner strength.

Boundaries can be simple.

A pause before saying yes.

A moment to ask yourself,

Is this right for me?

Or the courage to say,

Not right now.

As we finish this meditation,

Remember you are allowed to protect your peace.

You are allowed to care for your energy.

And you are allowed to set boundaries with kindness and clarity.

When you are ready,

Bring your attention back to your body and your surroundings,

And allow yourself to feel the quiet confidence you have gained through meditating on setting boundaries with calm and clarity.
