Anna started meditating at a Zen Center 30 years ago. Since then she has continued her practice and kept up with the research validating the benefits of meditation. Anna practices yoga and is a doctorate level, licensed mental health professional. She enjoys playing the violin and spending time with her dogs and chickens.
