Welcome to this meditation on how to pace yourself if you feel overwhelmed.

My name is Anna Kumor.

Or lay down if that feels better for you.

Allow your hands to rest easy.

Let your shoulders soften.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

And take a slow breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth slowly,

Steadily.

Again,

Inhale slowly.

And exhale completely.

Breathing in calm.

And breathing out any tension you've been holding.

Now allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm.

No need to control.

Just notice.

And as you breathe,

Silently repeat the phrase.

Notice.

All is possible when I pace myself.

Let those words land gently.

All is possible when I pace myself.

Imagine your life as a long path stretching out ahead of you.

Not a sprint.

Not a race.

But a steady unfolding journey.

See yourself walking this path in a steady pace.

Grounded.

Intentional.

With each step,

You breathe in strength.

And breathe out any tension.

Nature never rushes.

Yet everything blooms.

Imagine a seed planted deep in the soil.

It does not strain to break through the surface.

It roots first.

It gathers strength.

You are allowed to rise in your own time.

All is possible if you pace yourself.

Now think of something you desire.

A goal.

A dream.

A version of yourself that you're becoming.

Notice what happens in your body when you think about it.

Is there excitement?

Pressure?

Impatience?

Or maybe fear?

Place one hand over your heart and take a slow breath in.

And imagine approaching that dream one step at a time.

When you pace yourself,

You conserve energy.

When you pace yourself,

You avoid burnout.

When you pace yourself,

You build resilience.

Pacing yourself is wisdom.

Notice your breath again.

Steady.

Even.

Unhurried.

Your breath is your greatest teacher of pacing.

There will be seasons of faster movement.

And there will be seasons of rest.

Both are the path.

Imagine a quiet confidence growing in your heart.

A knowing that says,

I have time.

I have capacity.

All is possible if I pace myself.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in.

And exhale.

Release it slowly.

Begin to notice the space around you again.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

And carry this rhythm within you.

Move steadily.

Move wisely.

Move at the pace that allows you to keep going.

Because all is possible when you pace yourself.

Thank you.
