
Live In Love. And Experience Your Love Reflected.

The way to inner peace is not to do more, the way to inner peace is to let go of that which does not work for you and probably has not worked for you for a very long time. You are, who you are, and All That Is. The words ‘All That Is’ are supremely important because it represents each one’s undeniable, ultimate creative potential, to create lives that you love, that are filled with love. This love is ultimately reflected back to you. So you live in love. And you experience your love reflected.

All right,
So today we're looking at letting go leads to inner peace.
So sit comfortably and breathe and feel,
Just allow yourself to be wherever you need to be.
Now a lot of people say if I want inner peace I have to do this,
I have to do that.
And you do a lot more and you add therefore on the list of your daily doings.
Spirit tells me that the way to peace is not to do more.
The way to inner peace is to let go of that which does not work for you and probably has not worked for you for a very long time and it just is what it is and you are who you are,
You are who you are and you are all that is.
So the words all that is are supremely important because they represent each one's undeniable ultimate creative potential to create lives that you love and that are filled with love and that love is ultimately reflected back to you.
So you live in love and you experience your love reflected,
This is the first law of the universe and so you breathe in and out and you breathe out and so you breathe in and you breathe out,
Just breathe in and out.
The breath is your connector to peace,
It's the connector to the awareness to the physical mind because if you don't breathe you lose awareness,
It's very simple.
Your breath gives you life in the physical body much more than just air energy,
It's much more than just oxygen,
It is the breath of life and so you breathe in and you breathe out.
Your focus here and now is on your breath and that's all you're doing right now,
You're watching your breathing,
You are observing without comment,
Without judgment,
Without anything,
Just very neutrally observing the breath where it goes in the body and you feel,
You follow the thread of your breath energetically to see where it goes around your body.
So we'll just do this for several heartbeats,
Just be aware of how you feel,
What arises and you're just watching the breath and just follow,
It's very gentle,
Nothing much to do.
Slow slow and in this space you feel your body shift,
You start to notice subtle changes in your energy,
Perhaps pins and needles,
We feel movement,
Just be aware to know,
To feel and so what we're doing for now is just watching the breath,
We call this the silent observer,
Silent witness,
Nothing to do,
Just to be the breath in and out,
Just gentle.
I am that I am,
I am all that is.
You create any way,
You create everything,
Everything comes from you and you give energy or not depending on how you feel,
That's all.
So rather than recreate,
Recreate and recreate,
It's time to allow others to take their turn of responsibility and ownership of situations so that everyone is doing a little piece and everyone is supportive and supporting in terms of a greater whole and you feel this as a colour and then you breathe the colour into you,
Just breathe,
You breathe your colour in,
Pull it up through the feet,
Up the legs,
Up the spine and now allow it to run down the arms,
Into the hands,
Up the neck and up to the top of the head.
Just work with your colour and watch where the physical body lies as you breathe,
You see your colour take the shape of a flower.
Now each flower is symbolic in the language of nature and you hold the flower and the colour that you've been breathing,
You see that it is the colour of the flower and you watch the flower and at the same time you're lying,
Just lying down being supported by the flower so you are both.
You are watching yourself being held by the flower,
Very supportive,
Very protected and at the same time you are the silent observer of yourself and the flower and you smell it.
Just hold the energy and be aware of the breath in and out,
In and out and at the same time you're also aware of what's going on in your body,
You're breathing into the kidneys and you are the flower,
You're being held by the flower,
How beautiful and just feel this and you are the silent observer of the scene,
The in the visions,
Very powerful,
Very good.
Now normally with peace as I said there's nothing to do just to be and you breathe,
You smell the flower,
You're just holding that space and as you're breathing you're aware now of the changes that are happening,
You feel perhaps more light,
Perhaps more silent and the silence is what each of us desires ultimately to be back in our own space.
Now the flower represents the delicate gentle part of you that is tired of the rest of the world being in such chaos and you look around and you think goodness me what rubbish,
What rubbish energy,
Just feel that energy and so you just put the relative pain of seeing people do things to each other,
It's hurtful and harmful and you're watching because you see everything and you hold your energy back into yourself,
Just feel that so that you are not harmed by other people's egos,
Other people's knee-jerk reactions to their own pain and you put around you in your flower just a circle of light and we call this energetic protection.
You do this so that negative energy can't get into you but the energy of love being of such a high frequency can go out and touch others just feel that and what we usually find when you're in this state of being is that others actually give a form of psychic attack onto you,
It's just focused emotions being directed at you and it's just nothing more than emotional projection and when you have that kind of energy and when you have this shield around you,
It's an energy it can't get in,
You are you know they say you are this and you are that you're blah blah blah and it doesn't matter you realize by having your shields up they're all just words so what does matter is for you,
It's important to continue to create now you've just created your core shield of psychic awareness around you,
It's your little bubble and everything you know just go in and breathe the color back into the shield so you're creating new things you've created 100 times thousands millions of now we are seeking to create a new and you realize that for some people that you know you can't just get in you can't get under their skin and that's because there's a layer of protection around them for others too you feel absolutely no psychic shields and they're all over the place and it's just a feeling that those who would never tolerate any rubbish you know those who just suck it up it's all just energy and more important it's the awareness and it's therefore how you relate with that energy and so therefore what you do with the energy how you work with the energy how you use it that's important so feel the meanings of the words the different layers of these words what they mean to you and for you we're just a feeling feel how it feels with your shields up with your shields down you can have a little play with the context shields up shield down feel the energy within coming in going out it's all a part of you it's all about you which is wonderful so as you are in your flower you are to the silent witness to your flower you're aware of the sun and you're aware of the sun's life-giving rays shining upon you as a flower and you smell it you smell the air around you you feel most of all that you are at peace and that you're in a very safe space and you start to shift your awareness from you the flower you start to look around you and you see that you are a flower within the garden of many different species of flowers and herbs and plants and shrubs and trees and you watch with interest because each one is a living breathing being and you just watch the landscape that is around you and the beauty of your inner garden it's very pure you have a very pure heart all of you the beauty of the inner garden represents the beauty the essential beauty of your life your inner life I just feel this and observe also look at how it's laid out is it freestyle is it quite structured what are the other definite designs how are the flowers and shrubs and herbs laid out all of them and shrubs and herbs laid out all of this is for you to explore and you feel this the structure of your inner life and you breathe and you watch and as you watch and you find your love flows from your eyes to the flowers plants trees shrubs and herbs around you because giving love is also done through the eyes it's how you look and just feel this it's a gentle knowing of compassion we call it compassionate love just take your time and you realize that everyone's actions causes a reaction from everything and everyone else around because energy which are words and thoughts they become deeds energy impacts everything else you can't slice through energy so when you're holding strong the love despite some serious obstacles whatever they might be then essentially you're holding yourself in a strong inner garden which is perhaps it started as a bit of nuclear wasteland and in the light of the universal law where thought goes energy follows immediately and absolutely you decide what you place in your inner garden you decide what you want in it and in every nuclear wasteland eventually you always get one flower to sprout always and that is the beginning of a whole new adventure and so we breathe in and out as always together the in-breath and the out-breath of spirit stay in your space for as long as you need it's all energy the more you listen the more you integrate this energy new awareness the more you integrate this energy the more you grow I am that I am I am that I am I am all that is and so it is
