Now let's take a journey together to reset,
Recharge,
And connect in a magical way.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Feeling your chest and belly expand.
Now slowly exhale,
Releasing any tension of the day.
Do that twice more.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel your chest and belly expand.
And now slowly exhale,
Releasing all tension,
All stress,
All worry.
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel your chest and belly expanding.
And then slowly exhaling,
Releasing all tension in the body,
The face,
The shoulders,
The belly,
The chest,
The legs.
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
Now picturing in your mind's eye a beautiful,
Magical garden.
It's filled with vibrant flowers,
Tall trees,
And a soft carpet of grass.
The sun is shining brightly.
It's warm and inviting,
Somehow familiar.
Now you are going to explore the wonders of this magical garden together.
As you wander through the garden in your mind's eye,
You spot magical creatures.
Fairies,
Butterflies,
Water sylphs and salamanders,
Gnomes,
Pixies and trolls,
Friendly animals,
And a beautiful lake.
Flowers,
Each one radiating bright,
Positive energy.
As you wander through this garden,
Feel the positive energy flowing into you,
Filling you up.
Feel the enchantment of this place as you connect with the garden and these magical creatures.
Now you're going to walk over to the lake and magically you're wearing your bathers.
You dip your toe in the lake and feel that it's warm like a bath.
And clear,
So clear you can see to the bottom.
It's quite shallow and very inviting.
All of you now,
Jumping in,
Diving into the lake.
Feel how refreshing the water is.
This lake has a magical property.
As you swim in it and play around,
The water cleanses your energy of all negativity,
Of the day,
And all blockages in your energy.
And it brings you the energy of fun and laughter,
Lightness and joy.
Taking a moment to splash around in this beautiful lake,
Cleansing and purifying your energy,
Your mind,
Your body.
Filling you up with joy,
Happiness,
Fun.
Take a moment,
Parents,
To play and splash with your children.
And children,
Take a moment to play and splash with your parents.
Have fun in this magical lake.
Now it's time to get out of the lake.
And as you do so,
Notice that you easily climb out.
Some of you may find the steps and go up the steps.
Landing back onto the soft green grass and magically,
Instantly,
You are dry and back in your clothing.
You're now all going to sit down in the garden on the grass.
And as you do so,
Being aware of a warm,
Glowing,
Bright white light above each of your heads.
This light represents your positive energy,
Your soul,
Your spirit.
Now each of you extend your hands out and let this light flow down into your hands.
Breathe it into your hands and feel it flowing through your whole body,
Down your arms and into your chest,
Up to your head and down through your body.
Filling you with light.
Every time you breathe in,
More light floods into your hands and through your arms into your body.
And every time you breathe out,
You flush this light through your whole being.
Parents extending your hands to gather this light like catching water from a waterfall.
Collect the light in your hands and pour it into the crown chakra of your children at the top of their heads to share in this positive energy.
Feeling your energy mingling with your children,
Creating a magical glow and connection.
Really feel the flow of this energy.
And now children,
It's your turn.
Extend your hands to gather the light like you're catching water from a waterfall.
Collect this light in your hands and pour it into your parents crown chakra on top of their head.
Sharing this positive energy and feeling your energy mingling with your parents,
Creating a fun,
Magical glow.
Feel the light and energy expanding and growing into bubbles of joy,
Fun and happiness.
Feel the love that you have for each other.
Now with this pure,
Positive energy flowing through you,
Think of something you are grateful for.
It could be a small moment from the day,
A favorite activity or the love you feel for each other.
Feel the warmth of gratitude filling you up and spreading out through the whole garden.
Now imagining a mighty oak tree in the middle of this garden.
This amazing tree is also magical.
It is super strong and stands tall and proud with its roots firmly anchored into the earth.
This is your magical family tree.
And now each of you are going to breathe in and as you breathe out,
Imagine roots like a tree coming out of the base of your spine,
Plunging deeply into the earth and wrapping around the roots of this mighty oak tree,
Connecting you all together safely and securely.
This is your family's secret power source,
Making you all a super team,
Deeply grounded and connected to each other.
And this mighty tree,
Feel the awesomeness of being connected like the best tree squad ever.
And now that you are all connected,
Take a moment to listen to the sounds around you of the garden,
The rustling leaves,
The magical creatures,
The wind.
Just allow yourselves to be carried away in this magical moment where you are all fully connected and immersed together in the wonders of this magical garden.
Now placing your hands gently on your heart,
Breathe in deeply.
And as you breathe out,
Sending love and happy thoughts to each other,
Feel the beautiful rhythm of your hearts like a magical melody flowing together and see the love like soft pink energy blossoming into a magical glow that surrounds you all.
Really feel this loving connection as if you are wrapped in a magical spell of connection,
Togetherness and love.
Taking a final deep breath together.
And as you breathe out,
Expressing gratitude for this magical time together,
Knowing that you can return to this enchanted garden anytime you need to reset and reconnect with your family.
No matter what age,
You always have this garden and the mighty oak tree that will bring you together.
Thinking thank you to each of your family members and then taking a moment to bring your awareness back to your body,
Back into the room,
Being aware of everyone else in the room with you.
Take a few deep breaths in and out and bringing your awareness all the way back,
Wiggling your fingers and toes and coming all the way back,

Feeling grounded and happy in your body.

Slowly blinking your eyes open with a great big smile.
