Hi there.

Thanks for joining me today.

I'm Anita Kaiser from Anita Kaiser Wellness.

I'm a coach who works with empaths and highly sensitive entrepreneurs.

I help them find more business success through emotional wellness.

Today I wanted to talk to you about boundaries and how important they are in an empath and highly sensitive person's life.

And we often wind up with a bit of codependency happening in our lives because as empaths we are constantly transmuting energy.

This is a part of what we do on this planet,

Taking negative energy and making it a lighter energy,

So bringing it to a higher vibration.

And what happens is the more often we do that,

And we do this without awareness most of the time,

The more often we do that,

The more dependent others become on us for their sense of happiness and strength.

And eventually that becomes a burden on us if we don't have our own strong boundaries protecting us and ensuring that our tank isn't being drained.

Many of us don't realize this is what's happening until we begin to get older and then we start creating these boundaries.

But it can be quite a journey.

And so today I wanted to share with you a little bit of tapping to help increase your boundaries.

So just taking a moment,

Getting nice and comfortable,

And considering the word boundaries.

How does it feel when you think about that word?

What do you notice in your body?

Does it feel negative?

Do you feel a tightening,

A tension,

A pain?

Or do you sense an opening?

Is there a softening?

Just allow yourself to notice whatever there is.

And then when you're ready,

Tapping on the outside karate chop point on the hand.

This will be call and response.

I'll say something and then I'll pause for you to repeat after me.

Even though I'm afraid to create better boundaries,

I love and appreciate myself anyway.

Even though I'm afraid to create stronger boundaries,

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

Even though the thought of creating stronger boundaries makes me feel quite anxious,

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

Moving to in between the eyes,

Better boundaries.

Outside of the eyes,

Boundaries.

Underneath the eyes,

Strong boundaries.

Underneath the nose,

Boundaries.

In the crease of the chin,

I'd like stronger boundaries.

Down to the chest,

I wonder what it would feel like underneath the arm to have stronger boundaries.

So just take a moment,

Pause here,

Allow yourself to notice what this feels like,

Where you're at.

And then when you're ready,

We're going to do one more round.

Tapping in between the eyes,

I'm open to the idea outside of the eyes of creating stronger boundaries.

Underneath the eyes,

It's safe for me underneath the nose to create stronger boundaries.

On the chin,

I'm curious what stronger boundaries might feel like.

Down to the chest,

I wonder what would be different in my life.

Underneath the arm,

I'm open to stronger boundaries.

Shaking that energy off,

Taking a moment,

Checking in.

Hopefully you're noticing a bit of a shift around that.

Perhaps you've had some ideas come up about what stronger boundaries might look like in your life,

How that would play out,

Where you might be able to create those.
