Hi there,

Thanks for joining me today.

I'm going to be leading you in tapping meditation for the ongoing fatigue and exhaustion that has come from this ongoing fatiguing exhausting pandemic.

So if you haven't tapped with me before,

This is a call and response where I will be saying something and then I will be pausing for you to repeat after me.

All right,

Let's begin on the outside of the hand.

Even though I'm feeling exhausted from this pandemic.

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

Even though I am completely exhausted from this pandemic.

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

Even though I'm exhausted from this pandemic.

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

So just continuing to tap on the outside of the hand,

The karate chop point,

And just noticing how that feels in your body.

Moving to in between the eyes,

Holding the points.

This pandemic.

Outside of the eyes,

It is exhausting.

Underneath the eye,

Right on the bone.

I'm so tired of thinking about this.

Underneath the nose,

The fear.

On the crease of the chin,

The hypervigilance.

Down to the chest,

The constant state of worry.

Underneath the arm,

It's too much.

In between the eyes,

I wonder,

Outside of the eyes,

If it's safe.

Underneath the eyes,

To let go of some of this exhaustion.

Underneath the nose,

I wonder,

On the crease of the chin,

If it's safe.

Down to the chest,

To let go of some of this fear.

So taking a big breath in,

And just noticing how that feels.

Noticing what the response is in your body.

And then moving to underneath the arm.

I'm open to the idea,

In between the eyes,

Of letting go,

Outside of the eye,

Of some of this fear.

Underneath the eye,

I'm open to feeling less exhausted.

Underneath the nose,

I'm open to releasing some of this fatigue.

On the crease of the chin,

Right here,

Right now.

Down to the chest,

I'm safe.

Underneath the arm,

Right here,

Right now,

I'm safe.

Shake out your hands,

Take a moment,

Place them onto your heart,

And just check in.

How is that feeling for you?

What are you noticing?

So in case you're not familiar with me,
