Have you ever noticed how heat can make everything feel harder... your body heavier, your mind foggier, and your patience shorter? This 3-minute Cooling Breath (Sheetali Pranayama) practice is designed to help cool the body, calm the mind, and bring relief during hot weather or whenever you feel overheated. Using a simple cooling inhale and slow exhale, you'll gently invite freshness into the body while releasing excess heat and tension. Most people notice the benefits after 7–9 rounds. If it feels pleasant, you can continue to around 10–15 rounds and return to the practice 1–3 times a day during periods of hot weather. Use this on hot summer days, during heatwaves, after being outdoors or after exercise, when feeling overheated, flushed, or irritable, experiencing hot flashes, or anytime you need to cool down and reset. Practice this regularly to help your body and mind recover more easily from heat, stress, and overstimulation. Indian music by Bipul Kumar
