This meditation is part of a series designed to help you reconnect with yourself, one part at a time. In this meditation, you will gently arrive at your eyes, the tender orbs through which you see light, beauty, and life unfolding. You will be guided to connect with your vision, express appreciation for all it perceives, and offer your eyes the rest, care, and healing they deserve so they may feel softened, refreshed, and at ease. Return to this practice whenever you feel eye strain, dryness, fatigue, tension behind your eyes, or when you have been staring at screens for too long.
