Angie has been inspired and supported by the practice of yoga and meditation. She loves blending mind and body practices through a mix of Buddhist-inspired mindfulness and compassion meditations and Bhakti-inspired yoga. She is a teacher in heart, mind and body and loves sharing these practices. Angie has her 500 hr RYT and teaches regular practices in Florida. She also has certifications in mindfulness and metta meditation and yoga nidra. Angie blends dharma and meditation themes throughout her classes.
