Angie has been inspired and supported by the practice of yoga and meditation. She loves blending mind and body practices through a mix of Buddhist-inspired mindfulness and compassion meditations and Bhakti-inspired yoga. She is a teacher in heart, mind and body and loves sharing these practices. Angie has her 200 hr RYT and teaches regular practices in Florida. She also has a certification as a mindfulness teacher and blends these practices with her yoga classes.
