Take three deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose,

Exhaling from your mouth.

Close your eyes.

And even though your eyes are closed,

Just notice what you notice.

Notice the sounds you can hear up close and in the distance.

Imagine your breath down to the lowest part of your stomach.

Imagine your breath like an ocean wave.

On your inhale,

The wave washing up to the shore.

And on the exhale,

The wave flowing back into the ocean,

Letting go of whatever is no longer serving you.

Imagine in the center of your chest is a flower.

Imagine what the flower looks like.

What the flower smells like.

And with every inhale,

Imagine the flower growing bigger and bigger,

Hugging every cell in your body,

Every organ in your body,

Filling you with peace and love and light.

And now is a good time to set an intention of how you want to feel for the rest of your day.

How do you want to feel?

Imagine a gold shimmer coming from the flower,

Expanding throughout your whole body.

And every time a thought comes in your mind,

Come back to deepening and slowing your breath.

Imagine the love and light in your body expanding out into the room,

Expanding out into the city,

The state,

The country,

And the world,

Into outer space.

Imagine you're in outer space looking down at the world.

Send one person who has always supported you your love and light.

Next,

Send one person that maybe you haven't talked to in a while or someone that you haven't gotten along with.

Send them your love and light.

Imagine a family member,

Send them your love and light.

Think of one thing you're proud of yourself for and send yourself love and light.

Now imagine coming back into the room,

Back into your body,

Imagining the flower in the center of your chest,

Going back to a small dim light,

Knowing that whenever you like,

You can open up this light,

Your light.

Feel the expansiveness in your chest with each inhale.

You can keep your eyes closed or open your eyes with a gentle breath.

Gentle gaze,

Being gentle with your mind and body and spirit.

And remember your intention for today of how do you want to feel.

And today honor this feeling and ask yourself as you go throughout your day,

Does this bring me closer to the feeling that I want to feel?

Be gentle with your mind,

Body and spirit and know that you are worthy of everything you desire.

You are lovable and you are loved.

May you have thoughts of wisdom.

May you speak words of kindness to yourself and others.

And may you live in love and oneness.
