This meditation is designed to help you calm the nervous system to move from fight and flight to calm and at ease. Once we feel calm and grounded we can start to trust our creative flow and intuition.

Hello,

My name is Angela Rose and this is a guided meditation to help you feel supported and safe in your sacred body.

So wherever you are,

Feel free to lie down on your bed or sit upright in a chair and go ahead and take up space.

Stretch your arms out,

Stretch your legs out,

Lean back if you're in your chair or if you're standing stand up tall,

Stretch your arms out.

So often we want to be small and shrink ourselves,

Which is shrinking our light.

And you have come here in this world to expand.

On your next inhale,

Tighten your whole body,

Clenching your fists,

Clenching your stomach,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your feet.

And on your exhale,

Fully relax,

Letting go.

And for the next two rounds of breath,

Do this on your own.

Really tightening your body on your inhale and on your exhale fully letting go.

And I'm going to ask you,

How do you want to feel when this meditation is done?

How do you want to feel in your body?

Do you want to feel calm,

Secure,

Safe?

Anything is possible and it is all here for you now.

Look for what you want and it is given and trust.

You are worthy of all your desires,

Of all your needs.

Take three deep breaths,

Bringing your breath all the way to the lowest part of your pelvis.

And feel how your breath creates this infinite amount of space in your abdomen.

Like your breath is a hot air balloon that reaches towards the sky.

It is safe to be you.

It is safe to be in your body.

Your body is wise.

Your body is guiding you.

Many times we want to run away from our body.

We feel panic.

We feel anxiety or depression or frustration or overwhelm.

And we want to numb.

Especially if you are a feeler.

If you are in tune with yourself and you feel everything.

You may be feeling other people's thoughts and emotions.

They might not even be your own.

You've been given the gift of really feeling.

So allow yourself to feel,

To have clarity without confusion,

Without numbing.

Because at the end of that clarity are decisions that feel good to you to make.

That may feel vulnerable to make,

But will be for your highest good.

You have all the answers within you right now.

Sometimes it's just sitting real still with ourself.

To find that inner balance of stillness like a little child on a teeter totter.

When two children are trying to balance the teeter totter,

They're still,

They shift their weight around and they're still.

You can maybe imagine yourself on this teeter totter when you were a child.

You on one end,

Your friend on the other.

Moving your weight around so you find that stillness where you're both balanced perfectly in sync and harmonized.

The key to clarity and balance sometimes is this inner stillness of not numbing ourselves,

But of really listening.

You are in a safe space to really be open to whatever is coming through.

You can handle your own truth.

You are so wise.

You are so self-aware.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale out of your mouth.

And even have a slight smile on your face.

You can place your feet on the floor.

Feel your fingertips.

Feel the fingertips move on your palms of your hands.

Feel that life within yourself.

The source energy,

Your higher power flowing through every cell of your body.

Filling your whole body with this essence of safe,

Secure,

Grounded,

Steady.

And repeat silently in your mind,

I am okay right where I am.

Take a nice deep inhale and exhale.

Repeat again.

I am okay right where I am.

Take another inhale and exhale.

Repeat again.

I am okay right where I am.

It may feel like you are alone sometimes,

But you are truly never alone.

The divine source energy is with you in this moment.

Come back to your breath,

Where your breath creates expansion in your body.

You have life pulsating through you right now.

With your breath,

You can move through anything and you can do anything.

Your body is wise.

If your body had a voice,

What would it tell you in this moment?

Feel your feet on the ground,

Imagining that your toes are in warm sand.

And today,

As you go about your day,

Be where your feet are.

Be with your body.

Be present.

Come back to your breath.

Taking nice deep inhales and exhales.

Always coming back to your breath.

This is a call for your truth.

To be authentic to you.

You are safe in this world to be you.

You are fully accepted and wanted and cherished and loved because you are part of the divine.

You are loved.

I believe in you.

Keep shining.

I believe in you.

I believe in you.

I believe in you.
