And as you continue breathing naturally,
Just imagine the day stretching out before you.
Not a list of things to do or a schedule to manage,
But just as a collection of moments waiting to be experienced.
Some may be exciting or peaceful or surprising or busy.
Each one is a part of your unique story of today.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Allow yourself to settle into a sense of openness.
Today doesn't need to be rushed even if you have a lot of things to do.
It can just simply be lived,
And taking it one at a time.
Bring your attention to your heart and think to yourself how you'd like to move through your Saturday.
Maybe with some joy or ease or even a sense of curiosity and gratitude.
