Andy's Top Tip For Getting To Sleep
by Andy Hobson
Hi folks. This is a simple practice that you can use if you find yourself wide awake in the middle of the night or if you just can't sleep to start with. Become still, go to your breath, embrace the movement of your body as you're being 'breathed' and don't wake the sleeping mouse! With cheese, Andy

Hello this is a little tip for anyone that can't sleep we all have those nights some of us more than others but what you can do is lie on your back if that's comfortable and try to get still as you possibly can.
I know it's hard if you're feeling restless and whatnot really still and sort of make it fun if you can like how still can I get how utterly You know,
Until it gets a bit silly,
You know,
How still you are.
And then just be with your breath wherever it's most vivid.
So your nose,
Just inside your nose,
Your nostrils.
Feeling that air and just being so still as if you're trying not to wake up a sleeping mouse in your room and Just stay there and just trust.
The next bit is to trust.
Every part of your mind,
Especially if you've been trying for a long time to get to sleep,
Is saying,
This isn't going to work,
This is useless.
Just stay with it,
Really still.
Don't wake up that sleeping mouse.
Just on your breath,
Really simple.
See what happens.
