This meditation is an invitation to begin again,
Wherever you are right now in your life.
So find a nice comfortable meditation posture.
Gently closing your eyes and take a nice deep breath in,
Breathing out,
Feeling the weight of your body sinking down into the surface that you're resting on and allowing yourself to settle.
And then you can go to your breath as an anchor,
Or feeling your whole body rising and falling.
How are you doing in there?
No need to judge.
Just observing the symphony of emotions and thoughts and body sensations.
Finding your own sense of space and openness in this moment.
And as you do this,
I invite you to drop anything that you don't need right now.
You can drop everything if that feels right.
So that all that is left is you,
This moment,
Without reaction,
Without the struggle.
Just saying to yourself,
Soften,
Soften,
With breath,
With kindness,
With a smile.
Now take a nice deep breath in,
Breathe out.
