Finding your comfortable posture Then take a deep breath in Breathing out And gently close your eyes And noticing those contact points where your body meets the surface that you're sitting on Feeling held and supported And consciously relaxing your body,
Especially your face and your shoulders Then taking another nice deep breath in Breathing out And as you breathe out,
Allowing your whole body to sink down into the surface that you're resting on Letting go And shifting your awareness down to your heart space in the centre of your chest And taking a few breaths into that space Acknowledging where you're at on this journey,

In life,
In this moment And now,
In the warmest and most loving possible way Imagine that this was your last day on planet Earth Just for these few moments And then listening to your heart and asking the question What really matters right now?
