This meditation is a simple,
Short moment to remember and embrace who you are.
Often times in life,
We get so distracted by outside things,
By the people around us,
By responsibilities and requests placed upon us,
But it is so important to remember who you are at the core of your being.
Let's take some time to remember that now and to forget all of the responsibilities placed upon you for the next few minutes.
I want you to inhale and exhale at your own pace,
Slowing down just enough.
Relax into where you are right here.
It's okay if you're walking through the grocery store,
Or you're in your car,
Or you're at your house,
Silently,
Alone,
Gathering peace in this moment.
Take a time for you now.
You are the most important thing in your world.
Remember to take care of yourself and to breathe and to nourish yourself.
Embrace every part of yourself and let go of any projections,
Opinions,
Complaints,
Anything that anyone has placed upon you this week.
Just shake it off.
Let it go.
You are spirit.
You are here now.
You are important.
Take this moment to choose yourself.
Remember that your life and your breath matter so much.
There are people in this world who choose you and that you matter to that you don't even know yet.
Imagine and remember how much you are loved and how much love that you spread into this world.
Everything you do is amazing and your breath and your life is so important.
Keep taking care of yourself and keep taking moments like this to breathe,
To regulate,
And to be here now.
