Hello beautiful mother,

And welcome to this guided meditation about creating a bond with your baby.

So today I invite you to a special journey between you and your baby through a light visualization.

So for this meditation,

Start by finding a comfortable and relaxing position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Just make sure that you are at ease and that there is no strain on any part of your body,

Especially on your back.

So this could be in a cozy corner of your home,

Under the shade of a tree in your garden,

Or any place where you feel calm and undisturbed.

And once you are ready,

You can close your eyes gently and turn your focus inward,

Away from the external world and towards the sacred space within you.

So let's begin by taking a few deep slow breaths,

So you inhale deeply,

Capturing the life-giving oxygen and feed the air through your lungs,

And then you exhale slowly,

Releasing all the air out.

So you breathe in,

And you breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

This simple act of breathing is a reminder of the life force within you,

Something that you are sharing with your baby,

And with each breath,

You allow your body to relax a little more,

To sink into the position that you are in.

You breathe in,

And out.

In,

And out.

In,

And out.

You feel the tension melt away from your muscles,

From your head,

Down to your toes.

You breathe in,

And you breathe out.

Now center your attention on the life growing inside you,

Your baby.

Visualize a warm,

Loving light emanating from your heart,

And this light signifies your unconditional love for your baby.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this light growing brighter and more radiant.

And as you breathe out,

You envision this light expanding,

Spreading its warmth,

Its love and its connection all over your body and reaching out to your baby.

So you breathe in,

And this light is growing brighter,

And when you breathe out,

This light connects to your baby.

This light is a bridge,

A gentle pathway that connects you and your baby.

Now imagine for a moment that you are able to communicate with your unborn baby.

And this communication could take many forms,

From a simple gentle greeting whispered softly as a hello to the tiny being growing inside you,

To a more profound heartfelt expression of your love and anticipation for their arrival.

So picture yourself saying these words,

Articulating your emotions in a gentle murmur or even silently within your own mind.

This is not just a moment,

But rather a special,

Intimate opportunity for you to bond with your baby,

To establish a connection that is as deep as it is beautiful.

It's a sacred exchange of mutual love and affection,

A conversation that transcends words and delves into the realm of pure emotion.

So don't hesitate to verbalize these feelings,

Whether out loud or in the solitude of your thoughts.

This is your moment to cherish a precious chance to connect with your little one on a profound level.

Take advantage of this precious period to transmit positive energy and nurturing thoughts to your unborn baby.

Share with them,

Even if they're in a nascent state,

Your deepest hopes and dreams for their future.

Begin to weave tales of the amazing world they are on the brink of entering,

You can take a few more deep calming breaths and slowly shift your focus back to your surroundings.

Very gentle with this transition,

Keep the sensation of connection and love within you and carry it with you throughout your day.

So each time you practice this meditation or this light visualization,

You are nurturing this bond,

Making it stronger and more profound.
