Meditation with "I AM" affirmations is a wonderful way for kids to build a positive self-image and develop emotional resilience. This exercise can be done together with parents, creating a bonding experience that reinforces the affirmations. Begin by sitting comfortably and taking a few deep breaths together. This breathing exercise helps to calm the mind and prepares you to focus on the affirmations that follow. This practice is great at the end of the day, before bedtime. Practice these affirmations for 21 days in a row or more for them to sink into the subconscious mind.

So to start this exercise,

You can close your eyes and let the world around you fade.

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing the air to fill your lungs completely.

Hold that breath for a moment and then exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or stress that you may be carrying.

So you take a deep breath in,

You hold that breath for a moment,

Letting the stillness settle within you,

And then you exhale slowly.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Breathe in,

Hold,
