Hello and welcome to this guided meditation about finding happiness.

So let's begin your journey by finding a comfortable position,

Where you are at ease but yet alert.

And once you are ready,

You can close your eyes and take a deep slow breath in.

As you inhale,

Visualize the breath filling not only your lungs,

But your entire body,

Like a gentle wave cascading over you.

And as you exhale,

Consciously release any tension or stress that you may be carrying in your body or mind.

So take a deep breath in,

Filling your entire body.

And you exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Take a deep breath in.

And a slow exhale.

Take a deep breath in.

And a slow exhale.

Let the tension or stress leave your body with your breath,

As if there are wisps of smoke disappearing into the atmosphere.

So feel free to do this mindful breathing several times,

Allowing the rhythm to lull you into a state of calm and clarity,

So you can enjoy this meditation.

With each breath,

You are grounding yourself in the present,

Preparing your mind and body for the journey ahead.

So take a deep breath in.

And a slow exhale.

Take a deep breath in.

And a slow exhale.

So now,

Imagine yourself standing on the edge of a lush green forest.

The trees are dense and vibrant,

Filled with life and mystery.

And this forest is a symbol of your past.

Behind you,

There is a path that winds its way through the trees,

Disappearing into the unseen depth of the forest.

And this path represents your relationship and your breakup.

It's a path that you have traveled,

A part of your journey that has shaped you,

But it is now behind you.

So how are you feeling right now looking at this path?

So now,

Turning away from the path,

Take a moment to look ahead.

And in front of you,

A wide open field stretches out,

Bathed in the soft warm glow of the setting sun.

And this open space,

This field,

Signifies your future,

A new beginning that awaits you.

So,

With a sense of anticipation and curiosity,

Take a step forward,

Away from the forest and into the field.

Feel the noticeable shift in your surroundings as you leave the past behind and step towards your future.

And as you walk,

Notice the sensation of the soft grass under your feet,

The gentle warmth of the sun on your skin.

And with each step you take,

Let a sense of freedom wash over you,

A sense of release from the bonds of the past.

You are stepping into a new chapter of your life,

A chapter that you are writing,

Where you hold the reins and where you are in control.

So pause for a moment to stand in the middle of the field,

Allowing the sunlight to envelop you.

And in this visualization,

I want you to close your eyes and to tilt your face towards the sun and let its warmth seep into your skin,

Into your bones.

Stay in this peaceful moment,

Basking in this feeling,

And feel the happiness that comes from being content in your own presence.

And remind yourself that you are enough,

You are complete,

And you are capable of finding happiness on your own.

You can also repeat these affirmations.

I am enough.

I am complete.

I am capable of finding happiness on my own.

I am enough.

I am complete.

I am capable of finding happiness on my own.

So how are you feeling right now?

In the center of this field,

A small young tree catches your eye.

And this sapling is a symbol of new beginnings,

Of growth,

And potential.

And it may seem small and fragile now,

But with time,

Care,

And attention,

It will grow into a magnificent strong tree.

Just like this sapling,

You too are starting anew.

You have the potential to grow and to flourish in this new chapter of your life.

So to build a greater foundation for this new chapter,

I invite you to repeat these affirmations with me.

I am growing,

Evolving,

And becoming a better version of myself.

I am growing,

Evolving,

And becoming a better version of myself.

I am independent and capable of navigating life on my own terms.

I possess the courage to face any challenge.

My strength is greater than any struggle I face.

Take a moment to come back to your breath.

Gently open your eyes,

Remember that finding happiness after a breakup is a journey,

Not a destination.

It is a process of self-discovery,

Self-love,

And self-acceptance.

It's about learning to be patient with yourself,

Trusting in your own strength and resilience,
