The most important thing of these sound healing sessions is that you can hear the sound of my voice.
So go ahead and find a comfortable spot where you can open and relax and be undisturbed for the duration of the session.
At this moment,
You want to turn your phone on vibrate or airplane mode so that you won't be interrupted.
If you would like to bring in a crystal or candles or any other items that help make this a more sacred or special experience for you,
You can certainly do that before we begin.
Go ahead and settle in and get comfortable.
We're going to do some focused breathing together to open the session.
We're going to do three breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth on the inhale.
Imagine that you have a set of lungs at the top of your head and that you are drawing the breath in through the top of the head.
And as you inhale,
Draw all the way down to the bottoms of the feet on the exhale,
Using the reverse imagery that you're pushing that breath with the bottoms of your feet all the way out through the top of your head,
Engaging that diaphragm so that you can make sure you expel all of that used up breath and you get a nice,
Full oxygenated breath on the return.
So we're going to start with a nice deep breath in through the nose.
Just let it all go.
Using your breath to bring your awareness and your attention to the body,
To bring your awareness and your attention to this moment in time,
Using your breath to come fully into this moment.
Do another breath into the nose.
Beautiful.
As you exhale,
Let any tension or anxiety or worry leave your body.
Allow your mental chatter to go quiet and still like a wave on the beach.
The wave comes in,
The wave goes out,
The thought comes in and the thought goes out,
Opening up to receive all of the energy and support that is here for you today.
We'll do one last breath in through the nose.
Beautiful.
Now let your body and your breath find their natural rhythm.
Make any adjustments to your posture or your position so that you can be fully relaxed.
Just allow yourself to be present here,
Knowing there's nothing you need to achieve or acquire.
Your job was to show up and you've already done that,
So the rest is simply about being present to receive.
Setting the intention now that only energies and information working in support of your deepest truth,
Your highest expression,
Your greatest joy,
And your most optimal physical health are allowed to be present here today,
Working in accordance only with the purest white light frequency.
Anything that is less than love is an illusion and is removed from this space.
And so it is.
Continuing to breathe now as we focus on the crown chakra.
Again,
About six inches above the head.
I always see this as like the energetic disco ball.
I see this energy center as spinning and shining and reflecting and glowing,
Full of so much light,
So much information.
For this first series of notes,
We're simply going to wake the chakra up.
We're going to activate it,
Just gently bringing in some energy through these tones and notes.
Just wake it up to bring it online and to open it up to receive the energies we're going to work with today.
So for this first series of notes,
Simply hold your awareness and your attention on the crown chakra.

You can feel that energy moving through feeling that sensation of activity.
Above your head,
Seeing that beautiful violet purple color reflecting and glowing as that chakra center begins to open up and come online,
Really connecting to that higher universal intelligence,
Opening up to receive that energy and information.
The crown chakra will feed that information and the energy to the lower energy center.
So whatever we bring in through the crown will make its way through the other energy centers as they receive what they require.
For this next series of notes,
We're going to begin to expand this energy center.
I always think of this energy center as like a big funnel bringing in all of that universal energy and that universal flow and then funneling it into the rest of our body.
So if it helps you to picture a big funnel above your head,
Opening up to receive the energy of the cosmos,
You can use that image for this next series of notes.
We're simply going to begin to expand and open up the crown chakra so that we can begin to receive those downloads and that energy directly from the universal field.

Become aware of that energy center now being activated and opened up.
Imagining that the chakra center is opening up like a funnel with a wide end of the funnel pointed towards the universe.
We see that energy center just expanding,
Expanding and growing,
Opening up to connect with that field of universal energy as it continues to grow and expand.
We see it moving beyond the confines of the atmosphere,
Moving out into space,
Past the moon and the planets,
Past the sun and the stars.
Feel how your consciousness and your awareness expands infinitely following the path of this crown chakra energy as it fully opens to connect with that universal flow.
