Begin by breathing in and out as you settle in and get comfortable.
Become aware of any sounds or sensations in the room.
Just allow them to become a part of today's meditation.
There's no need to fight or resist them.
Simply breathe in,
Breathe out,
And allow all that you are to join you in the room.
As you're breathing,
Make any adjustments to your posture or your position so you can be fully comfortable and relaxed for the duration of today's meditation.
As you breathe in and out,
Give your mind permission to go silent.
As you breathe in and out,
Give your nervous system permission to relax and settle.
As you breathe in and out,
Start to observe your inner space.
Imagine that it's a body of water.
Simply breathe and observe.
As you're breathing,
Notice the surface of the water.
Is it choppy and chaotic?
Is it moving and rising and falling?
Keep breathing and lovingly instruct the waters to go calm and still.
Watch them as they slow down,
Becoming smooth and glassy like the surface of a mirror.
Keep breathing and allow your breath to find its natural rhythm in and out.
If at any time you find yourself getting distracted,
Simply return to your breath.
As you breathe and settle in,
Become aware of your center.
Your center is simply where you find it.
There is no right or wrong.
Visualize a tiny pebble as it gently floats to the bottom of the pond.
Follow the pebble as it softly lands and drop into your center space.
Do your best not to get caught up in how to find your center.
Simply allow yourself to connect to it.
Your body knows how to bring you to your center.
All you have to do is breathe,
Connect,
And allow.
Use your breath to shift your awareness to your center.
Begin breathing in and out from this space.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.
Feel the expansion and contraction of your stomach as you breathe.
Imagine that every inhale and every exhale moves in and out through your center.
Keep breathing and allow.
Your only focus right now is simply to be here with your breath.
As you breathe,
Now shift your awareness to your mind's eye.
Begin to visualize your inner space as a temple.
This space is your inner temple.
Your inner temple is your sanctuary.
It is your place of peace and connection.
This is where you connect to the divinity of your understanding.
Whether it is the universe,
Or spirit,
Or God,
Or the angels,
The inner temple is the place where you can always come to access the unconditional love and infinite compassion that is always here for you.
The inner temple is also where you connect with the purest parts of yourself.
This is where you connect with all of the energies and beings that assist you in this lifetime.
This is a place of ease and comfort.
It is a place of purity,
And safety,
And well-being.
You are always welcome here.
You do not have to earn your place.
Your mere existence grants you permission to be here.
You are worthy of being here simply because you are.
You are worthy of being here simply because you are.
Keep breathing.
As you breathe,
Begin to imagine what it looks like.
Look around you and take in the beauty of your inner temple.
Is it made of marble,
Or stone,
Or wood,
Or glass?
Is it grand and elaborate,
Or small and simple?
There is no right or wrong.
This is your place.
This is your place.
There are no limits,
Because it is your imagination that brings it to life.
It can be whatever you want it to be.
Keep breathing and watch as it comes to life around you.
As you breathe,
Notice in the center of your temple,
There is a fire burning in a golden bowl.
The golden bowl rests on an altar in the center of your temple.
This fire is a source of comfort and healing.
It warms the space and keeps it lit.
This fire burns eternally,
Without any fuel.
It is an infinite source of divine light and guidance.
This fire connects you to your truth.
This fire connects you to your truth and your innate wisdom.
This fire connects you to your creative power and your divine authority.
This is a place where you can gather and communicate with yourself and your guidance.
Keep breathing and feel the deep connection to this fire.
Notice how effortless and easy it is to let it in.
Feel the love that radiates from this fire.
It is strong,
Yet gentle.
Powerful,
Yet soft.
Keep breathing and allow this fire to illuminate you from within.
As you shift your awareness from this fire,
Notice the faces of your loving support as they begin to gather around the fire with you.
These are the beings and the loved ones who are here to guide you.
They are here to watch over you and protect you.
Feel the opening and the expansion in your heart center as you connect with them and they connect with you.
You are a part of this circle of love and wisdom.
This is your council of friends,
Supporters,
And helpers.
They want nothing more than for you to be happy,
Healthy,
Abundant,
Balanced,
And thriving.
They are always here and are available to you at any time.
As you breathe,
Notice the fire as it begins to grow brighter and stronger.
And as the fire begins to rise and expand,
So too does your body and your energy begin to rise and expand.
You are being filled by the light and the love from this fire.
It moves through you gently as you grow,
Like a balloon slowly being inflated.
As you continue to breathe and expand upwards and outwards,
Your awareness moves beyond the confines of the room that you are in.
It continues to rise as it moves beyond the atmosphere of the planet.
You are growing in all directions as this fire lights you up.
And as you breathe and expand,
Notice how the temple remains at the center.
Notice how this fire is grounded in the temple.
Notice that no matter how big and how far you expand beyond the confines of this moment,
Your team of guides and supporters are always with you.
No matter where you go,
This connection to your inner temple remains.
This connection to your inner temple is always present within you.
No matter what is going on in the world around you or your life in any given moment,
The love,
The compassion,
The connection to your temple is always available.
It is always present within your center.
As you breathe,
Give your body,
Your mind,
Your nervous system,
And all of the cells permission to memorize this connection.
Create a neural pathway that allows you to effortlessly connect.
Create muscle memory that allows you to effortlessly recall this space.
Notice how easy your breath is,
How calm and still and centered that you are grounded in this moment.
Illuminated by the light of the divine fire that always exists within you.
And with your next breath,
Begin to gently return to the center of your inner temple.
Looking around at the loving faces of your helpers and your guides,
They offer deep vows of gratitude and thanks for your connection today.
They are reminding you that they are always here.
And all you ever have to do is simply breathe,
Drop in,
And connect.
This eternal fire continues to burn in the center of your inner temple.
But for now,
Use your breath to come back into the room.

Deep breath as you come back into your body.

Deep breath as your awareness returns to this moment in time.
